I picked up the Carverall K15 Pro 5W Laser Engraver just in time for the holidays to customize some gifts I engraved a few Owala and Stanley bottles and they turned out beautifully. I’m genuinely surprised by how good the quality is for the price. The engravings came out crisp and clean with great detail exactly what I wanted for personalized Christmas presents. What I love: Setup was quick and painless took me under 10 minutes before I was engraving. A few screws and plug‑in the power and I was ready to go. That simplicity feels almost too easy. The size is perfect: compact enough to keep on a shelf, but still big enough to handle bottles and tumblers. I didn’t need a huge workshop to make nice loooking gifts. The engraving quality is truly impressive for a starter engraver. The etched designs on my bottles looked sharp and deep enough to feel legit, like something handmade by a pro. It works on a variety of materials I’ve tried coated metal bottles so far and it handled them effortlessly. I’m already thinking about engraving wood or acrylic next (maybe for coasters or keychains). What stood out compared to other machines I’ve seen/read about: Lots of the reviews on Amazon talk about how this engraver is “beginner‑friendly yet capable.” One recent user said, “It was super easy to set up and you can print directly from your phone. The engraving quality is very accurate.” Another wrote that even though they were new to engraving, they “still love this engraver” and appreciated the simple assembly and build quality. I totally agree with that. Alseven though I’m just doing small DIY gifts the machine feels solids enough for more ambitious projects down the line. Verdict: If you want to try your hand at engraving whether for gifts, decorations, or just experimentingthis machine is a great buy. I’m already planning a few more custom bottles and maybe some mugs or wooden tags. For the price and what you get, I highly recommend the K15 Pro. I have used several of these laser engraving machines. This one is my favorite. Build quality is fantastic. Assembly was super simple. Set up was simple and straightforward. It is quiet. The size is very compact. It cuts through wood, plastic, leather, and cloth. And the results this machine produces are outstanding! The 5 watt laser tube is rated for 10,000 hours. The laser module can be replaced or swapped out easily. Manufacturer support is excellent. The included software is adequate and I believe this machine is fully compatible with the popular laser engraving software programs. This is a great product at a great price. ... show more

A great laser engraving machine for the price. It came partly assembled, requiring minimal effort to put it together. I connected it to my laptop and installed Lightburn software. It took me a few minutes to work out how to turn on the laser at 1% power so that I could focus it, but once I found out how to do it, set up was simple. I ran through the calibration print to determine the best speed & power to engrave and cut plywood, and a quick demo print came out looking good. My real need was to cut some fake leather to insert into the base of a tray I 3D printed for my car. You can follow the steps in the attached video, and I can say the results were perfect. If I could ask for some improvements, then the extension legs should be split into 3 x 1 inch segments to accommodate a variety of heights for the working material. It would also be great if they made a custom bed. I did purchase a bed, but the size didn't fit with the legs, and without the legs, there was interference with the gantry when printing. I had to separate one of the sections of the bed so I could use it to support the machine at the right height. ... show more

This engraver is great for beginners. The instructions are easy to follow to set it up. The program you use with it is easy as well. The only issue I have had with it is that the Laser sensor keeps knocking against the side wall and wont return to "home" position, but that could be a user error.

I've done letters and a photo and this thing works. I'm not good with computers and I started out with free software and barely managed to do some simple stuff. I then tried Lightburn software and it is worth the price and I purchased it after a free trial. I might go for a more powerful engraver later but this one does what I need and am very happy with it. ... show more

The Carverall K15 Pro is an excellent machine. It’s easy to set up and works seamlessly with the free LaserGRBL application. The 5W module is powerful enough for a wide range of materials and thicknesses, yet precise enough to cut highly detailed designs. An air‑assist pump proved very helpful in reducing singeing and charring. Carverall’s support was outstanding. Their team assisted me in calibrating the K15 to cut stencils from a very specific material and even ran test cuts on their end. I was extremely impressed with their response time and level of care. Ran great! 6 months latter laser module (on large engraves) would stop while the other equipment kept running! It did this from this time forward! I still have the recpt from Amazon, showing my purchase date. Warranty is up to a year fr purchse, only 6 months so far. Emailed Carverall support, many times, but no response! I'm Over it! Gonna trash K15 Pro! Going to purchase Orturo Laser Master! ... show more
