The media could not be loaded. I ordered this with my Comgrow Z1 as a complete novice. I also purchased a cheap tumbler to test on. Things I’ve learned: 1. tumblers are not the same diameter so you’ll want something to level it out. Since I have a 3d printer I printed something to do this but I’ve heard you can use some masking tape as well. 2. Even though this plugs into one of the y axis motors, unplug them both. 3. As you can see I had issues with the orientation of the text in lasergrbl. Experiment on something cheap before you go with a yeti or something. Once I figured it out, it’s very easy but it took me a few tries to understand how it all fit together. All in all this is a great addition to my engraver and I can’t wait to start making more things.

Poor customer service for all comgrow items.... I've spent literally MONTHS trying to figure out why the laser stopped working only after 3-4 times being used. I was supposed to be using this to save time on my projects and up my production time. I order this months in advance to a show i was supposed to be, but couldnt attended because of the wasted time and it bot doing what i needed it to do. I've done reading in Google, reached out to Facebook groups who use the comgrow machines (which were far more helpful than the customer service at Comgrow and they werent getting paid to do so) and been in contact with Comgrow with emails back and forth for months. I asked for a refund along time ago but was denied saying I need to try all their problem solving ideas (per comgrow). Even Amazon said I needed to reach out to the manufacturer and ask for help when i wanted a refund. I've changed computer setting, laser settings, deleted and downloaded the files multiple times, changed speeds, etc. Last thing we replaced was the motherboard and still nothing. Laser will not move or cut. In the past email about 2 weeks ago, I asked for a refund once again. Offering to send everything back. No response at all now. About $500 spent between the machine and accessories. Extremely disappointed in both Amazon and comgrow. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Bought this for a wooden cylinder engraving project. Works great with the Z1 laser machine. Plug and play. Very easy to set up in the LightBurn software.

Bought this piece to put on my Z1, I've been using Comgrow's product for a while, great quality, well made and great value. The rotary engraver also comes with an accessory for stabilization when engrave. My young cousin visited me last week, I made a little gift for him, he loves it. I would recommend it.
