The media could not be loaded. Just WOW! This machine is great for beginners to the hobby. It was relatively easy to put together and it seems very sturdy. I have been able to make a great deal of things so far and it’s very fun to learn! My best advice is to run a test file on every surface you engrave first in order to dial in your settings to get your desired result. It’s a bit of a learning curve but I am certain the same is true with any machine if you’re brand new! It cuts and engraves wonderfully, everything has come out looking great and very precise! I am very happy with my purchase so far. Thank you for offering such a great value item for the price for us common folk just wanting to learn and create on a budget!

The packaging, instructions, and assembly were very easy to follow. Once I connected it was easy to send projects to the machine. Unfortunately, that's where the machine fell short. All text was reversed, though I could have adjusted for that. Every picture I tried to print was completely unrecognizable. Tried for 4 days to get good results, finally sent it back for refund.
