I bought these boots for occasional use in some hazard response duties because of the required steel toe. I have some expensive hiking boots and running shoes, so I tend to buy quality. These cost about a third of what a really good boot would be, so for the price I figured if they were ill fitting, cheaply made, I would not have blown a hole in my wallet. Quite a surprise. Size is accurate, quality is superior to expectations. I've worn these to take walks, very comfortable, nice sole, lace up well and the zipper is a real plus. You get what you pay for has been my agreed upon mantra, but this is an outlier. I got a lot more than I paid for. They are wearable, and if the present predicts the future, they will be durable. Have been in medium rain and they were dry. I've not walked through several inches of standing water, but suspect the high sole is so well attached that my feet would remain dry. ... show more

These boots did not even last 30 days. After two weeks air cushion cracked open and now the air cushion heels is full of waters and salt from the snow. The boots are suppose to be waterproof do not step in deep water the water comes right in around the tongue of the shoe. Crap don’t buy. These were great lightweight "boots" (more like hightop shoes) when we got them...but they don't last long under daily wear. User is a janitor and walks a lot...we got these at the beginning of November he wears them Mon-Fri...bottems showed extreme wear after like 3 weeks, tops became easily scuffed an almost looked torn....persi don't think they're worth the price even if they are comfortable cuz they don't last...the other boots he gets are cheaper and last at least 3 months, they're just heavy... ... show more
