Nothing special about the packaging it arrive in- plastic bag with no markings. Quality is decent for the listed price. Works great for our 14 yo for travel ball. No real complaints with anything; however, I am not sure this one will hold up like his last one (3 years). Time will tell. The quality of the canvas is exceptional, and the zipper quality appears top-notch. I liked it so much, I bought another one for the next HS star player and nephew number 2. I am really impressed with this basketball carrying backpack. I’m sure it would be great for soccer or football as well. I took a picture of it with a full size (adult) basketball and it fits perfectly. No struggle at all to close up the zipper. All the zippers work seamlessly. I love the insulated side pockets for cold water bottles or fruit/snacks. The "tween" I gave this to is already into a Men's size 11.5 Nike basketball shoe and they fit in easily. It looked like it would hold even bigger sizes without a problem, which is good for me because his feet keep growing. I especially appreciate the netted front area for the sweaty clothes after a game. No problem fitting in a change of clothes, plus the inner pocket for your wallet, watch and/or phone. I picked this up for my granddaughter. She is a good little basketball player who needed a backpack large enough for everything she takes to practice - including the basketball. I found this on Amazon and the price was right so the order went in. 1. It is very durable. Everything is well sewn, the fabric is sturdy. This should last years. 2. It is large enough for everything she needs to take to practice. Yes, including her own basketball. The feature her mom really appreciates is the air exchange feature where the gym shoes are placed. We all know how these gym bags can smell after constant use. I never thought about having a pocket that can keep a cold drink cool for hours. That's what I appreciate about this bag; it is so well thought through. 3. She loves the bag and so do her friends. They all want one. This bag fit what the picture shows. It really helped organize things for practice. In the past we had a big duffle style bag and everything got dirty. The ball, shoes, and water bottles etc. were in the same compartment and this lets them all stay clean and in their own area. The benefit seemed to come after the game/practice where everything could be put somewhere and not contaminate each other (dirt, grime, etc.) The pictures live up to the reality. I even found the top compartment to fit more than I expected and the hanging hook was very convenient not just at the field but at home too and can support the bag.
