The design is simple, but the gold plating for the laces gives them a nice touch. They are easy to mix and match with different outfits, and since the color I picked is neutral, it goes with everything. I would say they are sturdy and look well-made. The only thing that I wouldn’t say I liked much is that the sole feels rigid/stiff. I’m used to wearing lightweight, flexible sneakers, and there’s almost no inside cushion, but that can easily be fixed with insoles, I guess. I believe they are true to size.

Not wowed by these shoes. They look and feel like bowling shoes to me. My usual size 7 fit more or less fine, but wasn't super comfortable. Quality isn't amazing.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I was excited to try on my shoes when I opened the package and saw that one of the shoes was used and dirty. I'm not talking a little dust and lint...I'm talking full on walked through an oil and dirt parking lot dirty. The metal piece of one of the eyelets was also hanging on the shoelace. Needless to say, returned this item.
