I live in the northern United States, where I drain and winterize my hot tub. I use this as an extra layer of protection for my top. This heavy duty tarp was just perfect. Much better than some of the cheap lightweight alternatives. You can buy this with confidence.

I am pleased with the durability of the tarp. However one of grommets had an extra hole next to it and the grommet fell out of my tarp on the first use.

I ordered these in a pinch because I needed 2 more smaller tarps to cover the last two 1/2 cords of firewood. These are replacing some ragged ones I've been using for years. The price is good for a 2-pack, just what I needed. I have these double-folded. I opened them up all the way and then folded them lengthwise, and they fit perfect, covering all ends. Just know these are not heavy duty tarps if that's what you're looking for. I normally use heavy duty tarps to top tarp the rest of my firewood over the winter. These appear to be very good quality, and I'll know for sure how well they hold up if they make it through the brutal winters of the Northeast with the high winds, below freezing temps, ice and snow.

The tarp arrived earlier than expected given where I live. It's functionality exceeded that of many outdoor tarps I have used including during my time serving in the United States Marine corps. I put it to the test as I am an avid bushcrafter and I wanted to see how it would hold up against the elements. I live on the U.S territorial island of Guam. I made camp in one of the thickest and most unforgiving parts of the island, not even the Marine expeditionary force or the Japanese empire dared to penetrate. The tarp functioned outstandingly so and I cannot recommend any other tarp of this durability, functionality, and price. In my experience, of all the times I've been in the field or down range, desert wastelands or jungles, rain or shine, I always had a tarp. Just wish it was this one.

I needed a new rainfly for canoe camping but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the high dollar ones you can buy. The cheap $10 camouflage tarp you buy at Menards works okay unless you get a lot of rain, and they dont hold up long. This was the perfect tarp for me completely weatherproof I didn't have any problems with hard rain getting through at all super rugged and durable and it wasn't much heavier than the cheap one from Menards. Very happy customer. I would definitely recommend someone buying one if they are looking for a great camping tarp

This tarp worked reasonably well for what I bought it for. I needed a tarp to rake leaves & sticks into piles, so I could carry them up to 200' to a dump pile. I had about 12 large piles of lawn debris to haul around my yard. I ran a rope through the grommets on 2 opposite sides, to give me more to grip onto. First complaint, the grommets are about 2' apart: this is a point of cheapness that reduces it's quality, (I would say the grommets should be spaced every 16" for a better product.) After the rough use I gave it, the grommets are starting to pull out, too. The fabric is not very thick for a product described as "heavy duty". I've seen one or two holes poked through it by sticks and I don't believe this tarp will live through 2 cleanup seasons, I believe it will be worn out fairly soon. Conclusion: This is a fair price for this product and the tarp is suitable for many applications. But I wouldn't agree with it's description as "heavy duty". For that, I should have paid 3 or 4 times as much and bought a heavy canvas tarp that would stand up to my needs for several years.
