Customer service is horrible. Electronics (keypad) did not work on my product. The remote charger (battery assist) had a fowl smell upon inserting the battery and started heating up (did not work). Make sure to test out the electronics prior to mounting on a wall. Highly disappointed!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this safe for my office to hold some documents. It is easy and clear to set up after receiving it per the manual. It has three ways to open the lock, Safe Pin set up by your self, physical key, and one more electric box which can connected with power bank. The space inside is very big can hold a lot of stuffs. It is not too heavy and can be fixed into the wall via bolts. All in ones I think it is worth the money. High recommend.
