The Tiskgg Safe Box is a .4 cubic personal safe that is wonderful to help protect important documents and important jewelry. It has a programmable electronic combination lock that offers a great layer of protection from theft. There is also a fireproof bag, large enough to hold various important items as an added layer of incidental protection. The safe itself is small enough to place in an out-of-the-way part of the closet or it can also easily be mounted on the wall - which they provided the anchors and screws. There are multiple safety features like alarms and lockout features that help keep valuables safe. So if you enter the wrong password, it gives warning beeps and locks out the safe for a period of time. There is also a backup battery box that you can optionally setup. They provided 2 emergency keys for a backup in the event you forget the combination or the battery dies. The safe is locked when it arrives, so you just use one of the emergency keys to get it open. I had a hard time getting the battery box inside the door to open to get the batteries inside but finally I got that all figured out. Setting the password was easy enough and they give the choice of 3-8 digits for the password. Overall, the safe is well made with just a ton of features. It is an upgrade for us from our previous safe with all of these additional features. This has an affordable price tag to keep your valuables safe. Definitely recommend.

I received the Tiskgg Small Safe Box with Combination Lock for free through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for my honest review. I needed a compact safe to stash a few valuables and keep things out of casual reach. With a price tag under thirty bucks, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. But I’ve got to say, I’m pleasantly surprised by how solid this unit turned out to be. The setup was simple. The instructions were clear enough to get me up and running quickly. Programming the combination was easy, and I like that it also comes with a backup key in case I forget the code or the batteries die. The combination dial feels a little lightweight, but it works reliably. This isn’t a Fort Knox solution, but that’s not what it’s meant to be. It’s great for keeping your passport, some cash, and other small personal items secure in a dorm, office, or closet. The safe’s steel construction feels sturdy for its size, and it’s small enough to stash just about anywhere. If you’re looking for a high-security safe, this isn’t it. But if you need a solid, budget-friendly way to keep honest people honest, this safe fits the bill nicely. Pros: Affordable and functional Backup key access Easy to set up and program Compact and easy to hide Decent build quality for the price Cons: Lightweight lock dial Not intended for serious security or fire protection Summary: A solid little safe that offers peace of mind for small valuables without breaking the bank. the safe is a bit small - like what you'd find in the closet at a resort. but it seems to be well built and durable and has a quality powder coating inside and out, so no worries of parts or welds rusting. it comes with anchors and bolts to attach to the wall or on a shelf. I don't love safe boxes with the battery powered combination - but you're not going to get locked out of this one. there is a battery box inside the door for the combination, but there is also an external battery source that can be plugged into the front of the door just below the combination buttons. and if all else fails, there are also two keys that will open the lock. the safe also comes with a small fireproof pouch, about the size of two passports side by side. and there's a felt type liner in the bottom of the safe. for a small safe it is a good, quality safe box and worth the purchase.

I've had a large fire safe for years, and do have to say that having safes around for your important documents just becomes an important way keep them organized. This safe has 4 bolt holes inside (2 bottom and 2 back - non-reinforced). If you don't bolt a safe down correctly, then anyone breaking into your house will just take the safe out with them and once they have time it's not terribly complicated to get into one. The locking mechanism on this safe isn't hard to get through in the first place, but the steel is thin enough it wouldn't present much of an obstacle - maybe 2x the thickness of a concession stand lockbox. Also, the safe only locks with 2pins on the opening side. All that considered, it's still better than I expected for the price.

This is a solid wall safe that is easy to set up. It has multiple recovery options if the password is forgotten or the battery runs low. If the password is forgotten, there is a key (which should be nowhere near the safe). For low battery, the choice is either the key or a back-up external battery with a USB connector. It would take a determined burglar with some serious tools to steal the safe. With that said it should be mounted behind something inobtrusive but easily moved like clothing in a closet. It took a few minutes to figure out where the keyhole cover was since it is not pictured in the diagram that shows the features (see photo). The plastic battery covers for both the internal battery and the back-up battery are flimsy and I don't know how many battery changes they would survive. That's just a potential cosmetic issue and shouldn't dissuade anyone from purchasing.
