This chair is soft, bulky, got the bells and whistles such as massager and heat option, pockets on the sides, cup holders, aven a usb(did to try using it)user friendly(you don't have to pull a hidden lever or use force to get the feet down). It's also a very handsome recliner. Grandma is finally happy(ish) and certainly more comfortable then on previously purchased recliner. And no, it does not come with an actual bell of a whistle, but hey I'm sure you can add those to your cart if needed... ... show more

I have basically lived in this chair while recovering from a broken neck and spinal fusion surgery. very comfortable, phone charging is great with the usb port, massage mechanism is fine , not too hard and the heat option is nice too. Highly recommended!

First... the unit arrived a DAY earlier than expected, Fantastic!! It shipped in two boxes, which is nice to allow easy packing the unit into the home. I got this for my mom who has a hard time getting in and out of chairs due to some serious arthritis. She is VERY pleased with it. It is working great and has really improved her comfort level. Ma is about 250 and the unit does not sound like it strains to operate, its smooth and quiet. Very nice. The massage features are a nice touch... but not needed in my humble opinion, now... the "heat" function and the fact it's got a selectable timer... I really like. Now for the Only downfalls..... 1st. The chair REQUIRES access to two outlet sockets-what i mean is.. the chair has two PLUGS that get plugged into the wall. So I'd say to make sure you have a HEAVY-DUTY Power strip to plug the unit into when setting it up. a MINOR issue.... but nowhere in the description does it let you know that. I was fumbling around to get a power strip to do a test run. 2nd. I feel that the U.S.B ports might want to be located somewhere else, as my mother fumbles to get access to the controls... I fear she will either have a cord plugged in and swipe it with her hand, damaging it rendering it useless OR the cord in the chairs motion will get caught and break off the cord/or socket. I know.... in a perfect world, peeps consider this and set the chair up with appropriate space. I'm just thinking out loud here. Set up is simple and straightforward. You don't need tools to get it going... but a small pair of pliers is helpful to tighten the wing nuts. Time will tell on the quality of the build and how the actuator holds up, but for now... having only had it for 24hrs. I think this is a very nice chair for the price point. I would recommend to any that ask about it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was so pleased with the material and color. The chair is perfect combo with heat, massage and lift if you have back issues. I was concerned with the width of the seat from other reviews and i am glad i purchased it anyway. Big and Comfy!

Bought the chair because of knee replacement surgery. Expected the chair to be wider and more padding on it. Was going to return it for a different chair but my son put it together and destroyed the boxes it came in.
