Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have 2 dogs that love to run around the yard. The 2 year old is half Chihuahua half Corgi named Moose! He is no light weight built like the Corgi. My other dog is a 6 month old Chorkie half Chihuahua half Yorkie & weighs 4 to 5 pounds so the kennel is more for her. There are owls, eagles & hawks that could swoop down to get her. So I put her in the kennel to keep her safe. Sturdiness: VERY sturdy. Lil Bit jumps up & down but will never hurt it. I bought another style but she was able to chew a hole in it & get out. Ease of use: Just open the door & put her in. The locks are so nice & easy to use. Build quality: It is very sturdy.

Our pups seem to like it an feel comfortable in it! Which is most important and the reason we got it. However, the shipping process was less then ideal, there was miss communication between Amazon and the seller, also the box that it came in was completely destroyed leaving a few of the pieces to be bent. Thankfully I was patient enough to bend them back and organize the parts fully…. Including counting large quantities of the small hardware. Also I advise being patient and flexible when assembling it. The instructions, although easy to understand, don’t specify which directions some people should go

Easy to assemble. The only issue was, the instruction manual could have given more accurate pictures or instructions on which way the poles are situated. When connecting the fencing we realized they were not the correct way. However, the connection worked anyway. It would have been a better fit if the it was highlighted in the instructions.

Not heavy duty!!! My 8 yr old dog with little to no teeth broke through the door and ran away. Now we have a $500 vet bill from her breaking out.

We purchased this pen in Feb '25. At the time of review, it is June '25. Assembly was labor intensive, but fairly straightforward. The panels have held up well - my dogs have been unable to escape it. However, the bolts began to rust in fairly short order. The gate followed suit. This has led to us needing to replace the kennel sooner than anticipated. I expected to get years of use from this, but am now building a fence instead. I wish it were easier for me to get in and out of the pen to keep it clean. The top of the kennel only snapped in with the central connectors - I don't know if this is a design flaw or construction error on my end. You may notice in the picture that the cloth cover is not on. We live in a windy area and the wind caught it like a sail and sent the kennel flying. Im grateful my dogs weren't inside and no damage was done. This story does not factor into my 2 star rating as it is outside of the scope of the manufacturer's responsibility. Just a friendly caveat for purchasers who may also live in similar places. In the end, I would not purchase this product again and would not recommend it to someone whose company I enjoy.
