The size and security of this pet carrier, made all the difference for my cat Bruce during car travel. before finding this product, I literally fought with my cat to get him in the carrier. I had to sedate him, or be under constant threat of attack The benefit of a zippered top opening, makes it ideal for difficult pets. Being able to cover the side openings with adjustable flaps is such a bonus. Although he’s still not happy with being in the car for long trips, getting him there is now medication and stress-free. I struggled to find a cat carrier for my 22 lb. Maine coon cat. He is quite large, not overweight, just big. His behind and tail hung out the biggest regular cat carrier I could find. I searched off and on for months on numerous websites. I couldn't seem to find the right carrier, one with wheels and a handle or could be pulled since he is big. Then I found this. I decided to try it and I am glad I did. It fits him perfect. He is able to turn around too. The red cushion bottom is like velvet and he likes to lay on it and is comfortable. The carrier is sturdy and he is not able to escape when traveling by car or going to the vet. It is heavier than I expected, but that is because it is heavy duty, not cheapy. He can see fine out of it. It is easy to get him in and out of it, including going to see the vet. I like that it can be pulled, which really makes it easy for me since I am a 5 ft 2 inch lady. Add his 22 lbs to the weight of the carrier and it is barely manageable by myself without the wheels. But otherwise I am happy. It's fun rolling him around into the vet's. It fits in my front seat. I have a two door car and cannot get the carrier into the back seat. He likes sitting next to me in the carrier in the car anyway. I like that the carrier has flaps for shade if needed, but he likes to look around. I don't believe this is airline approved; the carrier is too big to fit under a plane seat. But car rides are fine. After a long search, I believe I made the right choice. I recommend this to cat owners who have large cats such as Maine coons. It can hold two smaller cats.

I bought 2 of these carriers from this seller about 2 years ago for my cats. They are the BEST carriers I have ever used. The quality is amazing. I am a very overprotective cat mom so I don’t write this review without having scrutinized every inch of them. Let’s get into the details. First off, the seams are sturdy and very well crafted. The material it’s made from is I guess almost pvc on the inside so it’s very easy to clean but on the outside, it’s more like canvas. The vents are one of my main make-it or break-it things for me bc I don’t want them the seams to fail or my cats to be able to claw through them. The ones on these carriers meet my expectations fully. They are thicker than any I have had and again, the seams are well crafted. Each opening has double zippers which I always require bc I put little locks on them by putting the zippers together, that way it’s even more secure. They are incredibly roomy. Tall enough that they can stand up, get comfy and turn around. One of my cats is 20 pounds and he’s tall and long but has more than enough room. They come with a very nice bed that honestly could be sold alone. The bed is removable for easy washing. My cats are very comfortable on long trips out of state. I drive a maxima and the two carriers take up my entire backseat which I don’t mind. The carrying strap is strong and is actually pretty comfortable while moving them with my cats inside. I would highly recommend this carrier and soon I will be buying another bc I have 3 cats now. It’s more expensive yes, but will save in the long run bc you won’t have to buy so many inferior ones like I used to. Also your fur baby will be much more comfortable. I hope this review helps with your decision. We are going out of state today for the holidays, so they are about to get used again.

We bought 2 of these in 2018 and have used them on 24 hr road trips with cats 8 times. They are plush pillows and very roomy. Cats love them. Thankfully before next trip I had to use one for a close vet visit. As I snapped them in the usual way with seatbelts, a clip came off. After investigating further, it appears the end of strap is not sealed so after some use they frayed up to stitching and just pulled apart. I am reinforcing the stitching, but these seems to be happening on half of the straps with clips.

I have 3 of these....red, blue, and tan. They are wonderful! We use them to take our golden retriever puppies to the vet. My navy one has the stroller addition. The red one has the cart with wheels that attaches to the bottom. My tan one is just a standalone. All 3 are SUPER high quality and have lots of air openings. Very sturdy! Love the stroller and cart attachments. Both work very well and are easy to use. Wheels are smooth rolling on both and the stroller is easy to fold up. Wish I had a a stroller or cart with wheels for my tan carrier. These carriers do keep the pups toasty (which can be a problem) and would be my only complaint. Perhaps it would help if I used a different pad in the bottom that is cooler. The one included is thick and cushy. Very nice, but perhaps too warm for puppies with built in insulation like golden retriever hair. Love these carriers with wheels and would definitely purchase again! Highly recommend!
