Terrible, did not heat water and leaked, and kept tripping the breaker. . I went with a traditional tank water heater and no problems...Returned it this one though. I would not recommend this. Your just looking for problems. This gave me a headache, and I am glad it's gone and out of my house... Also I think its faulty the wiring was so so hot to the touch. I was scared of a fire... no A+ here, an F on a scale 1-10 I give it a 0 (ZERO)

I like the instalation procedure. mine was replaceing and older one "another brand" so I already had my under counter cut off valves set up for this and I had the appropiate electrical outlet . My works very good have hot water quickly and plenty of it.

Thankfully, the product seems to be working great. It was easy to install. No complaints there. However, when I received the product, the box was barely taped shut. The product had loose parts in the box like it had been sent back. We had all but one piece that we needed to install. Fortunately, we already had that part here at the house. There was also water in the unit, which I'm not sure if that is from testing it or from someone else trying it first? Either way... very impressed with how the product worked.

I based my decision to order this product on the written product description that says 110v. However, it's a 240v unit which, I did find was listed on one of the product photos, but only once it arrived.

I got the 240v/6.5kw version, which doesn't seem to be listed anymore. Took me a little while to get around to the install, so only reviewing now once I've had a chance to use it. My use case may not match many out there, but this is mounted on the same wall as the shower, just on the other side, in a small vestibule, and with VA well water, and a very short run, we find it to be perfectly adequate. Wiring wasn't terrible for those who have done some DIY, but get a pro if you haven't ever messed with your electrical panel. The key criteria for me will be longevity, which is impossible to predict at this point, but I will come back and update if this fails prematurely. So far so good.
