Was a week after the date we were to get it before we received it. We unpacked it followed instructions. A day later the ice full button is on, the machine has to be restarted each time. Ice bucket is less than a quarter of the way full. Water button then comes on. Reservoir is full of water. Cannot get a full bucket of ice. The ice is awesome. You just have to go restart it every few minutes to get enough ice to use. Not worth the money. The sellers did reach out and are willing to work to resolve the issues. We choose to return the machine. We had to return the machine at our own cost of freight which was $48.00. The Machine was delivered on Aug. 8th at 3:43. I have sent them the picture from UPS and they have stated they are looking for it. I believe they are not wanting to refund the money. I did contact Amazon and they did refund my price of the ice maker but I am out the 48 dollars for shipping,. I am very dissappointed in this seller and would not purchase from again.

I really like it. I always wanted cold drinks, but I had to wait a long time for ice from the freezer. Sometimes I forgot to make ice, and there was none when I needed it. Now with this machine, I don’t have to wait. It makes ice very fast, and I can have cold drinks anytime. It makes a lot of ice every day, so there is always enough for me and my family. It is super easy to use. There is just one button to press, and it starts making ice. I didn’t have to read a big book or learn hard steps. Even cleaning it is easy. I just press the clean button, and it cleans itself. I don’t have to wash anything or take it apart. That makes it simple for me to use every day. The ice it makes is just right. It’s small and good for drinks. I use it when I drink water, juice, or soda. When my friends come over, we use the ice for our drinks and everyone is happy. It has a big water tank, so I don’t have to fill it with water all the time. That’s really helpful too.
