This phone works pretty well for my Senior mother. The buttons were easy to program, and the speaker button works great. The ring tone is loud but the shriek is super annoying. I wish there were multiple ring tones available. Still, it does it's job.

Bought 2. One doesn’t work correctly. You can dial a number and when the person picks up, you can hear them but the person you called can not hear anything. Also, both phones will make clicking noises like the handset has been lifted out of the cradle. This happens every 30 minutes or so. I’m not sure what to do. Now my demincia loved one thinks she has a mouse in the house.
