As background, we were replacing a four foot+, three tier traditional look ceramic fountain we had outside our patio that cracked after three years of use. During its three years, it seemed like I was replacing water every day after work because of splash or wind blowing the water as it dropped from one of the four openings on each upper level. Despite using water treatment with every water refill, every other week I generally had a half-clogged pump, debris/bugs in the water or slime that needed to be addressed, not to mention hard water stains from a fountain that was constantly 3/4 empty. So, we thought we would try a different style and one we could put inside our screen porch. we have only had the new fountain up and running for a couple of weeks now so cannot speak to longevity but so far have absolutely no regrets. The unit was delivered in a very heavy cardboard carton which could survive any of the delivery services. Then encased in a Styrofoam recyclable shell. As a result, the unit was well protected and arrived undamaged. The Styrofoam was thick enough to only have a few crumbs of the annoying stuff that stick to everything. It did smell. The fountain did/does not. The back of fountain has an opening for the pump and excess wiring. There were some small pieces of debris in there (mainly small pieces of fiberglass) I cleaned out by hand with the help of a flashlight. Not a big deal but I would recommend you inspect before filling with water. Set up took all of 10-15 minutes. I experienced no leaks. You will need two outlets as there are separate plugs for the lights and the pump. I put each on its own timer. They recommend you start with the pump on full open and then dial down if you experience splashing. I had very little splashing that went outside of the bowls at full open but the sound was actually too loud for the screen porch so I dialed down the flow by half to get it right for our location. I doubt this would be a concern if you had the fountain outside where the wind and perhaps distance will require maximum decibels. You can also put a small smooth rock in any of the bowls away from the light to further soften the sound if desired. Speaking of lights, they really do look good at night. They are located on the bottom of the bowls. LED but very soft. The dropping water reflects off of the light and the look is definitely five stars IMO. For our purpose, this unit delivers everything we wanted which was decent sound and a non-cheesy look during the day. At night it is five stars all the way. All in all, checks all the boxes for me at perhaps, a mid-range price. I think you get what you pay for. Up and running out of the box in short order. Good sound and relaxing lighting. Another bonus....haven’t put a drop of water in it yet which likely is as much the location as the fountain. Very happy.

It's beautiful! Easy to set up and the water flow is so nice. The sound is amazing and the material is decent. Everything fit easily and it was easy to set up.

Love this fountain! It is so attractive in my front yard landscape by my front patio. It can be seen and enjoyed from the street and sitting on the patio and from inside the house. My son helped with the assembly which was very easy and we placed and leveled a rubber mat on the ground before placing the unit in position. At half setting the sound and water pressure is perfect, does not splash out of the bowls, and it is stunning at night with the built in lights. I did order small bottles of fountain cleaner and also Algaecide & Clarifier to keep the fountain in tip top shape. Added the Algaecide/Clarifier drops immediately. We have hard water in Ohio so I used my treated water from my kitchen to fill and avoid hard water chemical build up. They now have artificial flowers and plants that are sun resistant so my next purchase is the plant or flowers for the upper bowl which I'm going to anchor to a stone so no high winds carry it away. I've wanted a water feature for several years and I did mot make the wrong choice in choosing the Bumilgar Outdoor Fountain.

It's truly a remarkable feature that has elevated my fountain experience to a whole new level. In conclusion, despite the minor leakage issue, this outdoor garden fountain has proven to be a worthwhile purchase. Its quality resin construction, stunning design, soothing water flow sound, and built-in lights make it a standout feature in any garden or outdoor space. Even if you don't have the water feature on, it's a beautiful piece of art. The sound of the water is nice and it looks so cool at night with the light on. The set up was super easy. Love this!!!

If I could give it a zero, I would. I bought this product. Nothing was broken. It looked really nice. I set it up not a problem, but after eight days with the fountain running the motor went. I tried to return it and I got a separate email for a shipping label to go back there. There’s nothing on there to ship back no address no nothing then I tried to call the number they provided is disconnected. I tried Amazon 1800 number. They were not helpful so now I’m out all this money after eight days.
