Arrived non functioning. Bought this for my fiancé overseas so she could fill out some basic word documents. I knew this wouldn't be a fancy laptop, but it didn't need to be. She got it, plugged it in, and it sat frozen on the load screen. Can't send it back because it would cost almost $100 just to return it. Junk…….Didn’t need anything fancy, but this laptop is not good at all. Resolution is terrible as the screen is blurry. It took forever to get it going, and do the update. Super slooooooow. But you get what you pay for. Would expect little more out of this laptop. Would not recommend this product. Over all just not worth it. Very disappointing ... show more
