I am a 5'10' female, but I've always dreamed about being 6 foot, and these definitely helped me achieve that goal! I only would wear the first or second level, anything higher is extremely uncomfortable and hard to walk in for longer than a few minutes (and that's coming from someone that wears heels regularly for my job). I stand about 5'11 1/2 with just the first level, which I think is pretty good. I wear a women's size 7 and I had to cut the inserts to fit my shoe. I would say if you are any bigger than a men's 9, these will not extend the entire length of your shoe which may make them uncomfortable to walk in. The construction of the product is okay, but definitely not the best. I suggest wearing them with a high-top sneaker only (I suggest converse) since they would definitely be noticeable in a low-top sneaker or shoe. With only the first level on, it is not noticeable that I'm wearing inserts on any kind, which is much appreciated. Overall I give the product a 7/10!

Beware: You need HIGH TOP SHOES if you want to wear all of these for the maximum height. I have regular sneakers and can only wear the first two long ones and not all levels without the bottom half of my foor completely out of the shoe. Also make sure your shoes are comfy and not already snug because these do take up room so if I'm walking around for more than twenty minutes at a time it rubs the back of my feet. I've gotten blisters on both feet three times now because my shoes were already snug and these made them tighter. Yes I still use them though because just two inches of height difference really does make a difference. It feels good to feel taller than 5'2 which I always get picked on for. Also easy to cut them, just put them against the back of your shoe, start at a little longer than the shoe and then just keep putting it in and out and taking off one marking at a time. Just need to do it once to know where to cut the rest. Definitely worth it considering the official Conzuri brand can be up to 4× expensive considering if they are not having sales. Also I've read people complain about half your foot being up but y'all realize women wear these, aka high heels, all the time right? You just gotta adjust to it, don't be a complainer and if it really hurts that much just do one layer at a time and practice wearing them. You'll live.

Well if you’re really looking to increase your height in somewhat, this will do tbh. Tried wearing all 4 pads and it did increase my height, although wearing all 4 pads I suggest wearing high tops like converse cause your heals will really lift up. Gave it 3 stars for comfortable, it starts to hurt when you wear it for too long or if you’re walking too much. Although my pain tolerance is high, so I could bare with it all day. It’s just you can’t really walk fast or run comfortably since your heels are lift up.

They work kinda they just raise the heels so i kinda caught myself leanin’ forward when standing still. After a long while of walking it gets very uncomfortable and had to make multiple stops to adjust them. I waited awhile because i wanted to see if it was just at the beginning like getting used to it but now after a month of walking in and out of them I realize you can’t wear them for long amounts of time. But other than that it makes me taller and more confident lol
