I got to say this is one of the best ones I bought I had to write a review let me tell you it snatches you in even your fupa is gone it holds all your stomach top to bottom I’m in love and it’s comfortable enough to wear it all day what I did because when it’s new it could be a little snug I put it on the tightest link and put it over my head was not to bad was not sweating like I ran a marathon but this thing will have you sweating and snatches I usually buy one every 3 months for triple the price now this is my go to while I’m losing weigh it gives hourglass figure I’m in love I down sized one so it was really tight and put it right over my head and squeezed in and it was not bad plus if you need it lose you can put it on a different clip size but when I tell you it holds all the right areas go get you one this price is crazy and the support is on point .

Let’s talk about this product! I’m giving it a well-deserved four stars. I have ordered multiple items from two separate companies, and I’ve worn this particular apparatus more than twice and washed it. I have to say it is definitely worth the praise. The durability is impressive; I've washed it, and it still holds up well. Regarding the waist trainer, I suggest that if you don't want to stay true to size, going one size down can help you sweat more. As for ease of use, now ladies you may need to suck it in a bit, especially if you’re like me at the age of 51. However, that’s a sign of a quality product, as it will help you sweat. The functionality is fine; I haven’t had any problems with the clamps. I will mention that the wide shoulder straps can get a little bulky. That's why I recommend either going one size down or staying true to size; going up in size will just be a waste of time. As for weight loss, I'm still on that journey and can't fully account for it yet, as I’m learning to eat better. However, the sweating has definitely been effective. I put it on after my shower in the morning and wear it all day long. Now, regarding wearability: I do wear it all day. The wide straps can become a little uncomfortable. If they could close the space between under the arm and the wide straps, that would be better. They probably need to adjust that space under the armpit to help target more of the body fat in that area, making the wider straps a bit more comfortable. Overall, this is definitely a great product!

***Update 10/25/21*** So i ordered me a large and it fit so much better i use it to work out also wear it around the house im a stay at home mom and kids are messy so i wear it to clean sometime wear it all day ive been using it for about 2 weeks and ive lost about 8lbs and already need to buy a medium but i do recommend finding a skin tighting cream do to the weight loss i do have extra skin that needs tightening. ***************************************** I love it although i do have to send it back for a smaller size i wear size 15 women or xl...if you have a long torse or extra skin that hangs and wants everything to fit THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED ive had 3 kids and my stomach sags a bit and i can never find anything that gets ALL of my stomach and when i got this one omg i fell in love with it only that you should get a size smaller i wear an x-lg or 1x and i ordered a xl and it fit a lil big it doesnt give me room to go down 2 sizes since it has 3 rows of clamps i fit on the very last one so i will reorder for a lg but would highly recommend!!!

This waist trainer is a good fit. It's breathable (even with big breasts) and the straps aren't too tight, like I've experience with other waist trainers. However, any other waist trainer I have had has made me actually sweat, whether I worked out or not. I used to work as a customer service representative over the phone, and would wear a waist trainer all day. I would go home at the end of the day, remove my waist trainer and my back and stomach would be DRENCHED. Currently, I am a security guard. This job is a bit more physically demanding than the call center job. However, I can wear this trainer all day and I won't even be a little sweaty at the end of the day. It does correct my posture and clinch my waist. It also does make me a bit warm, but it doesn't give me the sweaty sauna effect I want. Having bought all my past waist trainers from wish and having the effect I want them to have, I expected the same or more ordering one from Amazon. This waist trainer did not fully live up to my expectations.

(UPDATED 5/6/25) I purchased this sauna vest 1/28/25 and have been wearing it consistently during workouts and while working 12 hour shifts. It’s definitely done its job with slimming my abdominal area and I now have extra space between the vest and my skin. I am currently going to order a size down which is a large. (Original Review) This waist trainer sauna vest is definitely the truth! I’m a size 14 and ordered a XL. This item is long and comes down past my lower tummy and upper buttocks. It arrived earlier than expected and I’ve only had it on for about 20 minutes cleaning around the house and my back is already sweating. It’s very comfortable when sitting and does not slide or roll up. Another plus is that it also lifts my DDD breast. Comfortable enough to wear all day. I will be ordering more!! Overall great product!! Love it!!!
