Original review was not posted but wanted to update my experience with this product. I was having trouble with the initial setup because it counted down from five seconds in the on switch position, I am technically challenged so I became frustrated I reached out to customer service via email and after three days I heard from them. They sent me a video to help understand what I may have been doing incorrectly and after going back and forth I tried stronger batteries and this may have solved my issue. I checked the camera and it appears to be taking photos have not captured Bigfoot but happy to watch my Blubirds. I wanted to mention that customer service representative Rose seems committed to solving my issues with this product.

Very easy set up and operation. Pictures both day and night are excellent quality. Camo blended in well with the tree I mounted it on. Only one issue, the plastic slide on the strap broke the first time I used it. Had to tie the strap around the tree to keep camera in place. Would suggest using a metal slide rather than plastic for more durability.

This trail camera was a surprising bang for your buck. It includes night vision camera that works extremely well and captures video and pictures at the same time. What I do not like about the product is that it takes eight AA batteries. That’s really the only downside I have for it. It comes with a micro SD card. 32 GB. Got this camera to see my ex wifes reaction since she insists on continously invading our once shared home like an irate corn fed bumpkin dressed in fur invading the capitol. I want to keep her reaction with me forever when she sees that i had quickly moved on to a newer and younger model. Asian edition at that. I purchased this camera to figure out what animal was destroying my back yard and disturbing my pool. It turned out to be a raccoon that the camera caught during the night. Having said this, the best think about this camera is the customer support. I sent at least 4 emails while I was trying to figure out the camera operation and each one of them was answered with a response very quickly. That alone makes the overall review worth 5 stars.

I am very happy with this trail camera purchase. Outstanding quality for the money. The pictures are of nice quality whether in day or night mode. This camera doesn't zap the battery power either, so you can expect many, many hours of picture-snapping goodness! I use it to capture photos of birds, deer, etc. in my backyard, and am very satisfied with this purchase - so much so, that I'm seriously thinking of purchasing another! We did not have high expectations for picture quality of the trail cam due to the price, we are pleasantly surprised that they are good quality photos. The trail cam also takes video. We do not use the trail cam for hunting, just to monitor animals in the yard.
