I must say after doing tons of research and watching videos of different dtf printers. Reading countless reviews on different ones. I ultimately decided on the Lancelot m1630. There are many reasons why I choose this printer. Features like holiday mode and and auto ink loading, auto cut and let's not forget the ink refill and waste alarms. The major selling point after the price tag is hands down their customer service and tech support. I had a couple of issues when my printer and oven arrived. I reach out to customers service right away and gave them my WhatsApp info. Which makes dealing with customer service and tech support super easy. Almost immediately I was contacted by tech support to start the printer setup. Followed shortly after by customer service. Jun Hao got me started on my setup while Sissie delt with my missing roll of film and a dent and some other issues with my oven. I provided her with pictures of the damage and shipping boxes as she requested. Within minuets she was provideding me with solutions. Which was a replacement oven for damaged one alone with my missing film roll. Itwas late in the day when I started this so I end up finishing the printer setup the next day with Levi who was also super easy to deal with. Sissie also reach out the next day with tracking numbers for my film and replacement oven. At which time she also informed me that she talked with the company and got them to through in a set of 500ml inks for the inconvenience. I was shocked. She went above and beyond. Being a very small craft business I will definitely recommend and purchase from Lancelot again. The printer is amazing and super easy-to-use. The prints are vibrant. The print time seems to be super fast. Make sure you have a good sturdy place to set it on. The printer is very well built and very heavy. The media could not be loaded. Exceptional DTF printer! Comes with a full sized laptop preloaded with tutorials for easy set up. The colors of the prints are accurate . Customer service is there when you need, no long wait time!! The automatic cutter works so well saving me cutting time! My only regret is not finding this printer sooner! We got our Lancelot printer on Tuesday, customer service has been very helpful getting it up and running. Lance, Levi and Jeeper we're all three very helpful. We only had a couple minor hitches and worked through them quickly. The prints coming out of this machine are excellent. So glad we went with Lancelot. The printer is built like a tank and the lifetime tech support can't be beat. This is a very reasonable price for the quality you get. Check out Daisy on YouTube. This printer is intimidating upon opening, and even during setup. The Lancelot support team are absolutely amazing!! They will take their time to help and get you up and running. I am in love with this printer. The colors, the detail, and my absolute favorite part, the print doesn’t not feel heavy on the shirts. I’m new to DTF so I’m not sure if there’s different film that causes the prints to feel heavier or not but I have some that I’ve ordered to heat press onto my own shirts, not a fan.     • Easy to Use
I ordered the M1630pro on April 24th 2025 and it arrived April 29th 2025, That’s 5 days. That is quick shipping! It came well packaged and well protected. It does take 2 people to move it. It is a heavy printer. Customer services reaches out to set up a WhatsApp to help the installation and building process of the printer once arrived. Building the printer took me about 6hrs from start to completed print. I am also not very quick when it comes to building things or putting things together so that’s a me problem. The lancelot team helped with every step of the building process and their videos are easy to follow along with. It came with spare printer parts (which my other printer from a different company didn’t do) 13in A3 paper, ink, and a 12 x 328ft roll. For the price of the printer I think it’s definitely worth the money for a compact desk printer. Came with the printer, laptop, power cords, paper, paper roll, ink, and tons of spare parts. The dtf program that Lancelot built that comes already installed on the laptop is pretty straight forward and easy to use.. I wish it did more though. There is no crop function, it doesn’t read fine lined images though. I have already had to get rid of some of my best sellers because they don’t read well in the program. I’m not sure if there is a knockout color function either. I love the control of the white on the back. My prints were getting white around the image and I reached out to the customer service team and they helped reduce the white. The prints come out so vibrant and beautiful. Functionality wise, it’s incredibly easy to use. I would recommend this printer to anybody who is looking for a DTF printer who is just starting out or if you’re seasoned to DTF. Customer service is through WhatsApp and everytime I needed some help I would get quick responses within a few minutes. ... show more
