All I have to say is anyone interested in getting this DTF printer it is a win-win. I drive trucks for a living and sometime. I am gone four weeks at a time when I get back home all I have to do is do a couple print cleanings and it’s like I never stop using it. This is one amazing printer. The previous one I had before this one gave me a lot of problems with the white ink clogging that’s why I was very skeptical about getting this one because I knew my career I wouldn’t be home to use it on a daily basis, but even with me not being home using it on a daily basis it does a tremendous job. I got it back in May of this year. Any problems that I have had or any questions that I have had when I reached out to the team they are very supportive and they answer as soon as possible.

I absolutely LOVE my Lancelot M1630 Pro DTF Printer. This is my very first DTF printer and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What makes Lancelot stand out isn’t just the machine — it’s the people. Their customer support is 24/7 and they are _always_ there. Every time I message them on WhatsApp I get a reply within 3 to 5 minutes, even with the time zone difference. They don’t just tell you what to do. They walk you through troubleshooting step by step, send videos so you actually understand, and are incredibly patient and knowledgeable. When I needed a fan and didn’t have the part, they went ahead and shipped one to me and I picked it up at the shipping company. That’s how hands-on they are. They give lifetime customer support and I’m even in their WhatsApp group with 4-5 of their team members who are always there to help. Because of their service, I’m already planning to buy another Lancelot printer. If you want a DTF printer AND a team that actually cares about you succeeding, choose Lancelot. I recommend them to anyone, anytime. With my printer I am now able to grow and scale my business by providing others with DTF prints for their business. Lancelot is a Trusted brand ! I Love them!

Setup was very simple. Lancelot support contacted me prior to receiving printer to let me know how to reach out for support. It only took 4 days to receive which is fast. I unpacked everything and contacted tech support and in a manner of a couple of minutes tech answered and it didn't take much time to install everything and had it printing. I've been using an L1800 DTf printer for about 3 years, so when I starting printing with this new one, I was blown away by the speed. How easy it is to adjust the colors, the auto cutter is fantastic. Tech was so nice and polite and easy to talk with. The main reason I upgraded was for maintainance, and it's so much easier, faster, and much less messy than my old one. With all the extra accessories such as ink, film, powder, head cleaner, spare parts, and with the free ink for 2 years, this was a super value for the price. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. After using my Lancelot M1630 printer for near 2 months, im still very satisfied with it, and amazed how easy it is to use, and how fast it turns out prints. I still will give it 10 stars if possible.

Revision 2: Dropped to one star because this hunk of junk now has to have head cleaning after 1 print. The sellers haven't even tried to see what was going on or anything. This is made in China so fo figure. I opted on this one because although it's still 3k it was cheaper than the one we really wanted. I'm paying the price for it in other ways. Revised: Heater came in a few days later, but this thing needs head cleaning more than can print and now shuts down in middle of a print. We get 1 or 2 prints and then have to clean the print head multiple times just to get a good nozzle check. If you got the $$ buy something else. Original review: The description and the advertised photo shows and says the curing oven comes with it, but it did not. The box itemized insert doesn't show one. This is a big deal for a $3 k machine. The tape used to hold the moving parts is the worst tape in a world of endless tapes to use, it tears apart in little pieces. I haven't set it up all the way as I do not know if I have to send it back yet. Will update review later.

I ordered the M1630pro on April 24th 2025 and it arrived April 29th 2025, That’s 5 days. That is quick shipping! It came well packaged and well protected. It does take 2 people to move it. It is a heavy printer. Customer services reaches out to set up a WhatsApp to help the installation and building process of the printer once arrived. Building the printer took me about 6hrs from start to completed print. I am also not very quick when it comes to building things or putting things together so that’s a me problem. The lancelot team helped with every step of the building process and their videos are easy to follow along with. It came with spare printer parts (which my other printer from a different company didn’t do) 13in A3 paper, ink, and a 12 x 328ft roll. For the price of the printer I think it’s definitely worth the money for a compact desk printer. Came with the printer, laptop, power cords, paper, paper roll, ink, and tons of spare parts. The dtf program that Lancelot built that comes already installed on the laptop is pretty straight forward and easy to use.. I wish it did more though. There is no crop function, it doesn’t read fine lined images though. I have already had to get rid of some of my best sellers because they don’t read well in the program. I’m not sure if there is a knockout color function either. I love the control of the white on the back. My prints were getting white around the image and I reached out to the customer service team and they helped reduce the white. The prints come out so vibrant and beautiful. Functionality wise, it’s incredibly easy to use. I would recommend this printer to anybody who is looking for a DTF printer who is just starting out or if you’re seasoned to DTF. Customer service is through WhatsApp and everytime I needed some help I would get quick responses within a few minutes.

This is a great purchase for DTF printing. We do a lot of shirts and this was definitely needed. I used youtube set up and then realized I could've used lancelot. The techs were super helpful with getting this machine up & running. Whenever I have any issues, help is available instantly via WhatsApp. This has been a game changer I did not need the ventilation system but maybe in the future Will look into it. Prints are perfect!!

So far, so good. The set up wasn’t easy, but it wasn’t hard either. I guess I’m a little lazy but I got through it with the help of the support team. Please make sure you contact them and let them walk you through set up because you will learn about what you need to do to maintain the machine. I am very impressed with the build quality. It is built like a tank and is vey heavy so make sure whatever you plan to put it in is stable. It came with everything I needed to get started except t shirts. They give you so much in the area of extra parts and the quality of the prints are incredible. So after my first day with it knowing that I have a solid product with a capable support time, I would definitely recommend this product and company to people who are interested in dtf. So if you are thinking about it buy it. You will not be disappointed.
