I’m very happy in my decision to purchase this printer. Everything has been easy to navigate, and any issues have been easy fixes. Every time I’ve ever needed help with something or have been confused I’ve reached out for help and tech support has been fast acting and super helpful. The quality of the images have been great regardless of the size and have yet to have any issues with paper jams. It is a little noisy but nothing that’s unreasonable or annoying, it’s expected with a printer of this size! Overall and amazing printer!

Where do I even begin??! I love this printer and set up! It was easy to assemble, and get our first print going. Customer support has been phenomenal. They are available 24/7, and are very helpful and kind with even the silliest of questions you may have. The only things I don’t like is that the powder collection tray at the bottom gets full fast and if you’re using the oven/shaker, you will have to load a bit of film in order to get it set up and fed through for continuous printing. Aside from that, this printer has been an absolute breeze to work with, it’s quick, prints durable and beautiful designs that press nicely onto any material that I’ve tried. It does require some space, but it fits great in my office. There are so many safety features and does a cleaning in between prints if you’re doing something big. Holiday Mode is amazing as well…I love that it also has its own laptop for just printing! It’s solid but easy to move around with the stand if you need to move it. Thank you!

This printer is absolutely amazing. I do keep mine on holiday mode daily just in case I absolutely can't believe that I went a whole week without using it and only had to clean the little printhead. I had to pump the ink into the system again because the white always pulls back, but it printed amazing right after that. This has got to be the best DTF. The only complaint I have is I wish I would have saw the pink one first! I would have loved the pink one.

I bought a device in November with an expected arrival date of December 4, 2025. The item did not arrive until December 11, 2025. When it finally arrived, the shipping crate was visibly damaged and broken. The printer itself is also nonfunctional. On December 11, 2025, I immediately requested that a damage claim be initiated. The very first statement made to me by a representative from Lancelot was, “FedEx is not going to pay for this printer. They never do.” This comment was made before any formal review or response from FedEx, raising immediate concerns about how this situation was being handled. Despite the obvious condition of the shipment and the urgency of the matter, the company responsible for the transaction did not submit the claim to FedEx until December 17, 2025. In addition, the Lancelot representative has refused to contact FedEx directly, which further raises concerns about accountability and willingness to resolve the issue. On January 6, 2026, I spoke directly with FedEx Customer Service and was informed that the claim had been approved and paid on December 23, 2025, with funds issued to Lancelot that sold the item. FedEx confirmed that they have fully completed their responsibility regarding this claim. I am now being told by the representative of Lancelot .That FedEx never issued payment. This directly contradicts the information provided to me by FedEx and is both frustrating and unacceptable. The delays, the damaged equipment, the refusal to engage directly with FedEx with me, and the conflicting statements raise serious concerns about transparency and accountability. At this point, I am being given two completely opposing explanations. Under these circumstances, I am left asking: who is providing accurate information?
