This can be seen from blocks away! careful as they tend to be a bit delicate. Take precautions to protect the lights if they’ll be outside or in a place they might be messed with. I’d recommend securing with clear tape and zip ties depending on what you’re hoping to achieve.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this multiple times. Usually I enjoy working with it for the most part. The power “button” on the last strip I ordered gets so hot with in minutes you cannot touch it. I think I got a defective one and I can’t find a contact number or email. Can someone help me?

These things are great for any home DIY project you have. The lights are a crisp and true 5k color temp color (the pure white look). Was very easy to work with and has been holding up well so far. I originally saw a few worrisome reviews about the power connectors getting dangerously hot, and I wrote this review to say that I've tested it, and actually haven't experienced any problems with it. Perhaps these issues were worked out on the later models. I can safely say I recommend these things!

When you turn them on they look fine, good brightness and dimming options with no gaps. But i am trying to make a sign with these lights and i cannot figure out how to cut and reattach them. But, from what I’ve watched in tutorials so far you need a soldering kit and red and black wires to reconnect them? which this does nothing come with. The directions it came with literally only include information about the dimmer. In the video the package that the lights came in is way different, mine came with just the led light strip and clips. Thats it. So I’m hoping i can figure them out before my best friends baby shower which is what I’m trying to make the sign for. I’m so pissed i spent $60 on these i should’ve just gotten EL wire.

Absolutely love these lights. Very flexible and the cool white color is very modern looking. The dimming feature is great so you can dim them to certain levels. Wish they came with more channel brackets for the length you receive. It helps with creating a straight line. Overall very pleased with these lights.

I ordered this Lamomo dimmable neon rope light to backlight a stained glass window pane I have. We use it as a kitchen and great room night light, also accent lighting. The previous LED light strip I used was the traditional obnoxious glaring white dot version. So when you looked at the window pane too long you would be blinded and see dots afterwards. This Lamano light screams quality before it's even unboxed. - First you'll notice some heft when pulling it out of the shipping box - The presentation box is attractive and sturdy, once opened the components are nestled in a cut out foam insert. - The instructions are clear and written with a hint of light-heartedness. - Once you handle the rope light, you'll realize why the slightly higher cost. The casing is a solid silicone strip, not exposing and of the LED's. - The end is finished with a sealed silicone cap. - The end with the power wires entering is again securely adhered with a silicone cap. - The wire connecting points are a twist lock design. - The on/off/dimming switch feels durable doesn't feel hollow. - The cords are a thicker gauge, and don't feel like they would easily be linked or damaged. - The extruded aluminum installation clips are a good quality I found the lead from the light to the on/off/dimming switch was around a foot, ( I didn't measure it), and was perfect for my use. The power switch wire portion around 11". The cords with the AC/DC adapter is around 81". I cut mine to length for my project using the markings on the side. See photos. I will purchase this high quality light again.

While I like the settings on these lights and the fact that you get a really nice long strand of them, there are problems that did not allow me to use them as I had hoped. For starters, they come with these little clips for installation that you need to screw in in order to hold the lights in place. There were not enough, and because I wanted to use these in my kitchen, I did not want to put a dozen or more permanent holes in my cabinetry. The other big problem I had was the charging box that plugs in to the electrical outlet. You have one smaller box, attached to a larger one, which you have to then find a suitable plug to plug into. The box is so large that you cannot attach it to a wall and instead, it would just sit on top of the counter. Not good in a wet kitchen and I did not want something to take up counter space. So while these were not suitable for under-counter mounting, if you have plug access and the perfect spot for installation, these might work just fine. The remote works, the different lighting choices are nice, and it's bright. Just wish it had a smaller electrical box and a way to install without damaging woodwork. 3/5 stars.

These LED strip lights are some of the highest quality LED strip lights I have ever used, even just opening up the box was such a better experience than many of the other cheaper alternatives. As LED strip lights become more popular a lot of cheaper options are being made and this is most definitely not one of them, although they are not RGB the quality of light that they produce is far superior to any other strip light as they don't have any hot spots and have a very even quality of light. The way that these LEDs mount is a bit unusual compared to the standard double sided tape, and it uses metal tabs that you can screw into wood, however, I just used a roll of double sided tape and taped the mounts in place. Overall this LED strip light set is not your average strip light these are much better than any other option I have used and I highly recommend them.

We installed a BBQ grill gazebo and I wanted it lit for grilling at night and these worked perfectly They're easy to mount and flexible. I secured them in place with cable zip ties. They're bright...very bright and they are dimmable. They're waterproof so it's not a problem if they get wet. I have them installed outside under the gazebo and they get rained on all the time, still working great.
