This looks great. The gold is a deep color that looks rich and not like a cheap yellow gold. Almost leaning towards brass, in a good way that matches modern gold fixtures or antique gold fixtures as opposed to the bright gold of the 80’s. The finish is brushed to further tone it down and it looks really nice. This is a bit smaller than we expected, though that’s on us and it still works in our space. Assembly and installation are relatively simple and everything needed is in the box to install this on a standard US junction box. This takes a bulb with a chandelier base, though the globe is big enough to accommodate most any size bulb with that E12 base. The bulb included is VERY blue-white and looks really bad (in my opinion) with the gorgeous warm tones of this fixture so do plan accordingly and make sure you have your preference of bulb available if you don’t like that blue tone in your lights.

The difference in price to the expensive one I wanted is a lot. It is a good 'dupe' however the quality difference is there. It is not perfectly symmetrical and the bulb it comes with is incandescent as I don't have a dimmer switch. I will need to purchase a different shade. It seems smaller than I thought it was going to be, but for the price difference I guess I knew it would come at a cost. Works in my laundry room I am currently renovating, but just know it is not perfect. Still, Great for the price

took some time to figure out instruction which were not clearly stated, iv e installed lights before but this was more lengthy owing to assembly and trying to figure out instructions, sort of took things as ive done before and did my own thing looks nice on my interior porch and complements an original to our home 1890's very similar though very expensive foyer sphere chandelier already submitted, however just turned light in at dusk and bulb is e40 too too bright with cold fluorescent lite ugliness, to bad looks like im in kmart or airport bathroom
