Other reviews mentioned the runner is thin. That is true. I put a rug pad under mine, which gives it a nicer feel. Before buying I must have read fifty reviews of various rugs. My conclusion is unless you buy an actual bath mat, you will find washable runners to be thin. The plus side of it being thin is it fits in my washing machine. The runner washes beautifully and dries quickly. It is soft to the touch under foot. I like the clever pattern because it does not show every little spot.

We have this cute disabled cat who has no radius bones. She sort of scrambles across the hardwood floor like she’s doing a trench crawl. Because of her disability she sometimes doesn’t make it to the litter box on time. So we needed something cheap, no slip, washable but soft so she has less joint wear. Glad I tried these out! They are great! I will order more of these. They are BIG so I don’t think a regular washing machine will be big enough to wash them, I’ll probably take it to the laundromat if it gets soiled on in winter, and just hose it off in summer. They look cheap upon close inspection but it’s not noticeable unless you’re picky (I love a good wool rug). Looks like we won’t be able to use anything nicer for the time being anyway but our little Cinnamon Roll is worth rolling out the washable carpet for.

The rug (first picture) fits my hallway, is a dream to walk on; VERY soft on the feet, aesthetically pleasing, loved by all-including the dog. However, it’s not the rug I ordered (second picture). It’s close! Buuuuut not quite on the pattern. Which I guess this means that this review is kind of pointless since I’m reviewing a rug that’s not pictured. Although, I’m hesitant to return it and get the rug I ordered because I enjoy the rug and SO DO THE TEENAGERS IN MY HOUSE (well, they grunted so I’m interpreting it as “this is an amazing rug and where has it been my whole life?!”)!! Not only that, but my dog has claimed it as his emotional support rug, and the snakes use it as their exercise pad…so many reasons! So, after much deliberation and laziness on my part, we’ve decided to keep the rug we got. TLDR: If you order this rug and get the one I received; 10/10 would recommend!

I bought this set of rugs for my mud room at the doors and by the bench. I didn't want anything to expensive because i have teenage boys and dogs and things happen. I needed a new set because well, things happened on them. They are nice rugs, actually very soft which I was not expecting. My only issue with them is they are hard to vacuum. My vacuum pulls it up into it. I have a low setting i can use and usually get it to vacuum ok but for the most part, I will take them outside and shake and smack them a little instead. Just easier and seems to get more of the dirt out. They are machine washable also which is a plus although I have not had to wash them yet. I think they will wash fine a couple times before they fall apart. Probably air dry would be best to keep them in one piece longer.
