I am so pleased with this 3x5 ft. rug in the blue pattern! Its pros may necessarily result in some cons for some uses, but it's perfect for sprucing up my small laundry room. It's just as described and shown on the product page-- lovely colors, soft, lies flat, slip resistant, folds compactly if you want to store it, machine wash and dry on cold gentle. It's soft but not thick or cushiony, but if it was it wouldn't be easily washable in home machines. I don't want a two-piece washable rug; I wanted something simple, easy, and affordable and this is it. I like it so well I've ordered a similar smaller one for my bathroom and I may order a runner for my kitchen. It actually looks better than I expected. I haven't washed it yet but many reviews say it washes fine. My powerful Shark vacuum tries to eat it (the lightweight and washable thing again), but my little featherweight Bissell with no brush roller works well if I go from the center toward the edges. I think my robot vac will work fine on it, too. The texture is very soft, not like most rugs. To my bare feet it feels almost like a very low pile soft fleece throw, but with a thin non-slip backing that helps it lie flat but doesn't provide any cushion. It would be great to put down for a cleaner play area for a baby, too. If it lasts as expected I think it's a good value, although other patterns in the same size and brand were half the price (but I wanted the light blue botanical!) I don't think it would work in place of a door mat because it's not thick, the texture is very soft, and the colors are light. For most uses it would be fine unless you want thick, padded, and not washable. As long as you are aware of the characteristics of this different kind of area rug I think you'll be pleased with it.

Perfect for our girls bedroom between their beds. We used to have a huge area rug under their beds that met an unfortunate demise after a stomach bug ended up on it one night. I was determined to find a comfy rug that I could throw in the washing machine to keep clean. I just washed it and (hung dry it) for the first time and it’s great! It is a bit thin so I might get a rug pad for underneath but it’s so so soft and love the pattern.

It’s nice and thin so I can toss it in the wash, but not too thin for my plastic wood floor. It feels a lot more expensive than it was! I looked around A LOT because I needed it to work with the room I already had, and this was the best quality for the price I wanted to pay. I liked how it came folded in a box, too, so I didn’t have to bother with dirty plastic and a giant rolled rug. Really drove home how thin and malleable it is, too. The creases came out within a couple of weeks, or I could probably have washed it to get them out faster. It doesn’t slide on my plastic floor even when my kids push those big chairs across it! Why can’t my kids leave the room alone?!

This very soft rug ties my home office together beautifully! It's cute and well made, and very easy to wash, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to vacuum. I wouldn't recommend it for high traffic areas, but it's great for my eclectic home office. So soft, my dog loves to sleep on it while I work.

I ordered several of these to go on top of carpet in “problem” areas (pet-related). I scattered them throughout the Great room and they are fabulous. I can’t afford to replace the carpet right now with laminate, so I just cleaned the carpet really well and put these rugs over vulnerable areas. They look great and they feel so soft! My dog who is the current main culprit in corrupting the main carpet, seems to respect these soft rugs. He stretches out on them and I totally believe he might not pee on them. LOL. OK, well, if he does, they are machine washable, unlike the carpet underneath them. I ordered two round, one 4’ x 6’, and a long runner. They are so cute. I love walking across them barefooted. They feel almost like those faux fur throws, though not shag at all. They lay flat, no chemical smell. So reasonably priced, I will probably buy more.

This rug is SO comfortable to walk on. The material is so soft under foot. While it’s on the thinner side, it doesn’t feel thin when walking on it. It’s comfortable for me to lay on during my child’s tummy time. It vacuums easily without the brush roller turned on, so it’s been easy to clean that way. I haven’t tried to wash it yet. I’ve vacuumed multiple times without any pieces of fabric pulling up. If I ever don’t need this rug in my nursery in the future, I will be stealing it for my own bedroom because that’s how comfortable it is to walk on with bare feet!

I was surprised to find this rug delivered folded up in a box. Immediately it reminded me of a blanket and I thought I had been sent the wrong item. Once out and laid out I was pleasantly pleased at how soft it was and no odor. It's extremely soft and has a great feel to it. I love the concept that it’s washable, but I haven’t washed yet. Why I deduct the stars is because of how thin the rug is, over carpet it doesn’t lay very “smooth”. Lots of lumps and bumps and continuous needing to lay it out to flatten. The softness and the pattern are adorable so it’s worth keeping for my 4 year olds room.
