NGL bought this solely for aesthetic reasons because I wanted a more visually pleasing espresso maker to go with my Talavera mugs. I’m not an espresso expert but I am a coffee enthusiast and drink daily. I’m enough of a coffee snob to know that any “pod” espresso maker is never a match for freshly ground and brewed but unfortunately I can’t afford these $600-1000 barista espresso machines so I decided to look for something that would meet both my needs halfway at least. I was more than pleasantly surprised by this purchase. The machine is cute and the espresso quality is legit. I’ve had it for a few months now and I have stopped spending money at coffee houses entirely! I much prefer making my own to my taste, at home! I make perfect iced lattes in the comfort of my own home now. I got some quality flavored syrups and and sauces, super extra crema Lavazza beans, plus some glass coffee tumblers and the experience gives me all of the dopamine! I was worried to order because y’know it’s Amazon so it’s hit or miss. Luckily, so far it’s been a hit. It’s not as noisy as some say. I mean it’s a a machine so it makes noise when it pulls the espresso and steams milk but I don’t plan on operating it in the middle of the night or around sleeping babies so the noise isn’t an issue for me. Hopefully it doesn’t stop working after a few months the like everything else you buy on Amazon. But if lasts me at least 2 years, it was worth it! The only real con is the milk steamer. It’s not the best by any means but I have a separate milk frother so it’s fine. I also prefer shots over ice so I don’t need to use it as much. When it does work, it works ok. Mainly it waters down the milk so much which I’m not a fan of and it squirts everywhere which can be dangerous!

After moving back to the US from Europe my wife and I had developed a taste for good espresso and espresso based drinks. We tried a few other “espresso makers” and every single one was a let down. I’m not saying this is the best one or can live up to one in an Italian cafe but this one is pretty good. The only shortcoming to me is the steamer pluses instead of having a steady stream of steam. That is more of an annoyance than anything. Like I said it makes really good espresso and the steamer will froth milk with the best of them if you know how to use it. Take your time, experiment with different things, and find the best way to enjoy your morning brew.

This is my 3rd espresso maker in as many months. 3X is truly a charm! I'm impressed with this machine's design, which makes creating an excellent cappuccino foolproof. And for the price, the machine and its accessories have a sturdy weight. The funnel fits snugly in the coffee maker without too much effort (unlike other brands I've tried). There's a little divot in the funnel that aligns with the filter cup. This feature helps you sit the cup in the funnel properly, avoiding messy coffee grounds when you remove it after brewing. The frother is very good too. The only criticism I have is after you froth, there is a bit of leakage from the frothing tube, but I always clean the frother right away, so it's no biggie to wipe up a spot of milk from the counter. Another thoughtful item the manufacturer included was a small pin designed to clean the narrow tube connected to the frother. This coffee maker heats up very quickly: in just a couple of minutes its ready to use, same when frothing. One thing I've learned with this, and the other 2 machines I've had, it's important to avoid "over grinding" the beans. I grind them myself stopping before the texture is too fine. So far--I've been using this for about 3 weeks--it has yielded cup after cup of flawless cup of cappuccino. I'll follow up if I see any deviation.

I was excited to try this espresso machine, but it stopped working after only one day. I followed all the instructions, yet it completely failed. I returned it right away and requested a full refund. Beautiful design, but terrible quality and reliability. Definitely not worth the frustration.

This works as advertised. I watched several YouTube videos on it from people probably paid to review it, but it performs as advertised. Very quick to heat up, very strong pump and nice Crema… yes, the housing is primarily plastic, but that’s why the machine is at this price point. You’re not going to get the construction of a $1500 machine at this price point. Very easy to clean very easy to use.

I was SO excited for this espresso machine. i find my delonghi dedica to be a cost friendly machine for good espresso but it lacked the commercial steam wand I miss so much from time as a barista. So to say i was so ready for this delonghi dupe with an upgraded steam wand in a cream finish is an understatement. If i could somehow get this espresso machine in the picture that would be amazing! ( I know it’s not quite commercial due to the power behind the steam but it definitely sufficient to get a nicely aerated milk) update: i ordered the green laekerrt espresso machine and it came with the correct steam wand.

We've had our machine since Christmas, and I just want to say that we love it! We wanted to try our hand at making our own espresso drinks at home, and we ultimately picked this one due to it's compact size. We live in a small apartment which does not have much counter space, and this was perfect! It's narrow and takes up less space than our traditional coffee maker does. I was also excited about the steam wand feature, which works pretty well for steaming a single cup. I'm sure there are higher powered machines and steamers out there, but for the price and how compact and cute this machine is, we love it! The only down side is that cleaning can be a bit of a pain, but only in the way that any non-pod/filter espresso machine would be. It came with clear and easy to understand instructions, and it could have only been better if it came with the milk pitcher as well. Overall, great purchase!
