I have only used this product one time so far, it was to use my ladder on a job on the front of the house, so the ladder was on a downward sloping lawn going from right to left. I have to say that using this product made the ladder way more secure than simply putting some wood under the ladder's regular legs to try and even it out. These levelers are really life changing. My husband has been in construction for 40+ years and working in steep mountain areas can make it very difficult and dangerous. This is a good product. It is sturdy and easy to adjust, and I always feel secure on the ladder when using it. However, it did come with one manufacturing defect. One of the two legs on one of the sets I received was not threaded to allow me to screw in the rubber foot, which means the product is unusable. Initially, customer support would not provide a replacement since it was past the "return window" by the time I tried to install the legs. After some complaining, they did try to send a replacement but because of my location (not continental U.S.) they were not able to do so. However, they did issue a partial refund (one of the two sets I received was good). My advice is to inspect all of the units carefully when you receive them, even if you are not going to install them right away. Otherwise, I like the product. ... show more

Bolts are way too long and a bit flimsy. Knurled legs make if cheap to make but more difficult to use. Workable but not very good. I would look for a different brand next time.
