Supportive back and the bottom cushion is like never ending cushion, but yet supportive. The higher back is just perfect to lean into without giving up keeping your eyes on the screen. Lumbar support fantastic! Roomy on both sides, and the arms are also padded and easy to rest your arms down to let your wrists and inside hands curl around the ends without hard edges to rest on. Raises to a great level for elevated computer screen work. Caster rollers are really smooth too. Quality feel of all the machined pieces also. I'm a chick, and it was easy to assemble, just followed the directions and didn't rush it. Got the material version of this chair. Fabulous office chair! Super comfortable with well padded cushioning. The fabric is so soft and absolutely perfect for a female's office. I hate leather/pleather/plastic chairs because they are not breathable. The fabric on this chair is breathable and I highly recommend this for your office. The material is exactly what I thought it would be and I love that! However, the arms are a bit too high which causes a shoulder hunch, my feet barely touch the floor on the lowest setting (I'm 5' 2") and it feels like the upper back rest pushes my shoulders forward too much causing strain on my neck and pushes me off the middle and lower portions of the back of the chair whether I am using the arm rests or not. I'm going to keep it for the time being to see if I get used to it, but if I can't get used to it within a few weeks, it is going back. I can't stand leather and leather-esc materials; for some reason, the cold, slickness of it makes my skin crawl. Most office chairs that aren't garbage are leather so this microfiber one had me really hopeful... Good quality so far. Thick, supportive cushion, soft material. Sadly, the way it is measured out tanks its otherwise great comfortability. ... show more

I just received this. This chair is so comfortable and has alot of padding. One thing I definitely thought it reclines and you could lock in the reclined angel, but it doesn't. It just rocks, i wouldn't call it recline

This chair is expensive. Also, the box was damaged when it was delivered , and the chair inside was also damaged. The fabric was dirty and had a tear in it from whatever happened to the box it was delivered in. Additionally, this chair is not adjustable enough. I am 5’1” and my feet are dangling about 6 inches off the ground, even at the lowest possible position. It won’t fit under my standard desk because it is so tall. For almost $300… I would expect better. I will say the seat is very comfortable, but only sat in this for 30 minutes before I realized how ergonomically incorrect it is ... show more

Man I am so happy with my new chair! Compared to the cheap chair I had this is so nice. You can tell it’s a quality product. I work from home and after 8+ hours neither my back nor butt hurt anymore like they used to with my previous chair. The padding is so comfortable Almost like sitting on a couch. Lumbar support is great as well. You can have it low or high and recline it if you want. And it’s made out of fabric and not leather, which was the main thing that attracted me to it other than the brand name and look of the chair. Assembling it was a breeze as well. The only negative is that it does have a weird smell, I don’t know how to describe it, but I’m hoping it goes away with time. I’ve had it for 4 days and actually look forward to work so I can sit in my chair 🤣 Update: Ok, so I’ve had the chair for about 8 months now and the weird smell I was talking about is gone. I still love my chair and find it as comfortable as I did on day one. It still looks great as well and I use it quite a bit as I still work from home full time. I no longer look forward to work though 😂 ... show more

Initial thoughts: perfect. Took me 35 mins to unbox and assemble. If you’ve done any ikea furniture then you’ll agree this is a piece of cake to put together. Tips: be patient with the wheels when inserting. You want to put less pressure on the wheel and more on the stem to leverage them in. For arms I started with gently screwing the upper screw first to hold it in place BUT don’t tighten it. You’ll need a little slack on the bottom screw hole to get it to align with the bottom seat. Once placed tighten them as usual but be weary of over tightening and cutting into fabric. I really wanted the leather option, but opted for fabric (my cat is weird about leather), and I am not disappointed. It’s soft microfiber that’ll probably last longer. Color is the perfect light beige neutral. It tilts, it spins, it’s comfortable :D win! ... show more
