A game changer !! Oh my god . I am 70 . I have been depressed . In a slump for 6 months . Can not seem to function. Been to all kind of specialists . Tried it all did it all . Cleaned up my diet . Took Any everything . Actually came off all most all my perscription meds as well . Working with natural path . Lost 20O lbs. But can not sem to function at all. My brain my body nothing. And then my daughter who is a msw suggested this. My anxiety was through the roof . I have never ever had that in my life. In a matter of hrs a snapped out of it. Cleaned bathrooms and closets and declutter things that I have had for 30 yrs. My brain saw things that I never saw. My thinking is clear. No crying . Oh my gosh . I went in my cluttered kitchen counters and trashed two garbage bags off my counters . What was I thinking !!! It’s helped me to free my mind. I have add and been on add meds but nothing really seemed to do the trick. I have the mfthr gene . Not sure if this is why and it agrees with me. I sleep well at night . I prioritize my day now . Yes !! Getting things done not just moving piles from one room to another!! I am finding time to do hygiene stuff like showing, getting dressed , putting on make up . Things when you’re 70 at home can slip away from you if your not careful. Back on track with looking at my home repaint and getting them done . And now actually planing on leaving my home which I have not done in months. Maybe start back to the gym , attend a few parties and yes a vacation long over due . Schedule all my missed Dr apt too .
