Over the last month, I've developed a considerable case of anxiety that has more or less consumed my day-to-day thinking. Upon doing some research, it's been shown that taking L-Theanine as a supplement can potentially reduce these anxious thoughts and allow me to get on with my life again. I will note that I've not taken these near bedtime as the bulk of my stress persists during the daytime. Since my package arrived, I've been taking two capsules a day very consistently and on an empty stomach, as is generally advised with L-Theanine supplements. It's hard to say whether I feel that much better throughout the day or not, as I can't really say how I'd feel without having taken any. I do know that the anxiety is most certainly not entirely gone, and some days it's hardly mitigated. I'm nearly halfway through the bottle and not sure if I will be purchasing any more or trying another brand. It's been said that it takes some time to build up in your system, so I'm trying to give it the benefit of the doubt in hopes that continued doses will help. It's very possible that my issue can't be easily addressed with these supplements, but I can't say for sure it's not the pills just having little to no effect on me. Time will tell, and I hope by the end of my regimen, these pills will prove more effective in getting my life back on track. I would like to give credit to Double Wood for reaching out to me on their own to inquire how things are going. They were able to provide some useful tips that I've been using as I take the supplement. Unfortunately, not much seems to have changed, but the sentiment is still appreciated.

I'm in an extremely stressful situation right now, and I'll take any help I can get. A friend who is a nurse and under quite a bit of stress herself, had a doctor recommend this to her. She felt it helped her, and I definitely feels it's helping me. Maybe it's a placebo effect, but if it is, who cares, it's working. Actually, I've had days where I found I was feeling more uptight, and then remembered I hadn't taken this at lunch. I've then taken one, and later realized I didn't feel quite as overwhelmed as I had earlier. Unlike prescription meds, this has produced no side effects. I love that it has coconut oil, so there's an extra heath benefit. I've ordered more and don't plan on being without.

I have been stressed at work lately with too much on my plate. I drink coffee to power through, but the caffeine plus the stress was leaving me anxious. I ordered Theanine from Double Wood and began taking one capsule in the morning with my coffee. I noticed a much calmer approach to my work and after a few days of this routine realized my productivity was way up with much less anxiety. I also now take it before a meeting where I have to be on my game and it is really doing the job. I enjoy the calm focus Theanine gives me.

This is the first time I've taken L-Theanine for a calm mood. It takes the edge of some anxiety I had after an automobile accident. I took it twice a day at first, and within 12 hours noticed a reduction in anxiety. I found that taking it once a day works as well for me, so am now taking one capsule in the morning. It does not make me drowsy, which is great during the day. I ordered the Double Wood brand because I am trying to avoid products made in China as much as possible. The price is very reasonable.

I just recently tried L-Theanine and absolutely loved it. Within 30-40 minutes of taking it I was relaxed and felt a sense of well being. I especially like the fact that it is a natural way to relieve stress and anxiety. A great natural product versus prescription drugs! It was the best feeling all day long. I have trouble sleeping and for the first time in a long time I was able to have a great nights sleep. I highly recommend L-Theanine for everyone that has anxiety and stress in their lives.

I read about this product and studied the reviews, so decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression my entire life, and take other medicines as well. I was hoping this would be a good solution to the occasional anxiety attacks I have. After taking this for several weeks I’ve realized I haven’t had any attacks lately, and seem to have more of a sense of calmness when I take it. It does help me relax at night to go to sleep, when normally my mind races. I’ve read studies about depression and magnesium imbalances, and I believe they are on to something. I also read that most suicide victims have magnesium deficiencies as well. So why not add this to treat someone’s depression? I’m glad I found this product, I highly recommend it!

I decided to try this product after years of severe brain fog and anxiety that has caused me and my family significant loss in income and inability to drive and be a productive person. I suffer from fibromyalgia and autoimmune disease and have tried many things to no avail. However, after only a couple weeks of taking this product, my anxiety has calmed down and i went back to work full-time for the first time in 3 years! I love this product. I have used several different brands of L-thenanine and this one is the most effective by far. I use it for everyday stress. I do not like typical anxiety medication and this helps to balance and relax my body so that I’m able to focus on life and handle things a little better. I do not feel tired or foggy when taking this supplement. I just feel relaxed! Even when things around me are crazy!
