Shipping was a little frustrating it comes in 3 packages and was shipped via UPS. The package arrival kept changing due to unforeseen circumstances and signature was required for the first box. The ottoman came then the other 2 boxes containing the couch came together a couple days later thank goodness they didn’t require signature. To bring the couch in will need some strength. Unboxing was really nice everything was wrapped and neat instructions were easy to follow. Couch set up was a breeze. No tools required I believe. The couch is firm but comfortable a cloud would have been lovely but for the price the couch is amazing and if you have a small apartment or home this would be a great addition I love the buttons it gives the couch a classy look. Seems like it would be easy to clean enough. The cushions are a nice size and the back support is there. Ottoman has a storage area and the couch has two cup holders in the middle cushion so excited to use it but telling the kids eat and drink at the table. Got the ottoman only. Showed vendor only sent the ottoman and didn't communicate that. Refund I never got because they sent it to my old bank account even though I said not to for those reasons. Otherwise, I loved the ottoman. It was pretty stiff but I don't mind that since it's for feet and not butt's. Easy to put together. Just screw the legs in, no tools needed. Idk it's not worth $600 since that's what everything came out to after checkout. But it had a hydraulic system for nice open/close. Holds all the baby blankets or 1 queen sized comforter. I used it to hold my heated blanket. It's pretty sturdy. But I really wanted the couch haha. ... show more

Let me start with I can honestly say I'm surprised, after reading the reviews I had prepared myself for it to be much smaller. It's a regular size sectional ( L shaped) I will say it is not very comfortable to lounge on but I did not want a super comfortable couch that everyone wanted to sleep on 😂 the cushions are thick and the backrests as well. It's just what I wanted. Everyone LOVES the style and how the studs are on it. Looks amazing! Also The legs are very sturdy and this is a super easy couch to assemble yourself! & I love the fabric it's made out of super super easy to get pet hair off of!! (That was my main concern before purchasing) The ottoman has hydraulic lifters/ hinges in it as well so it's easy open and stays open until you close it. Cute. But super tiny. Honestly these were designed for children. I loved that they had the cup holder and that it had an Ottomen for the blankets but as a family of four (two of which are babies) we did not fit comfortably. I do not recommend unless it’s for a children’s room.

It's a beautiful couch and somewhat comfortable, very fern. It’s easy to assemble. I bit it six months ago and the stitching is already deteriorating.

Everything about this product is BAD!! It's overpriced... $793 is too high for this product. It was very, very difficult to assemble. It was delivered at the bottom of my stairway to my 2nd-floor apartment. I had to lift two 100+ lb packages a flight of stairs...I'm 83 years old. And what's worse, it is not very comfortable. I want to return it, as long as I don't have to pay for it. If I do not hear from a representative at Amazon to resolve this issue, I will never purchase another product from Amazon and will share my experience with all my friends. I demand to hear from a representative from Amazon sonn or I will take action!!! ... show more
