Worth it!
Biggest pain in my butt I have ever put together! But it was worth it!!! I would purchase this quad bunk over and over again if I needed to. But these beds are so sturdy, I don’t think I will have to!!! If you want something that separates into separate beds, this isn’t that kind of bunk. But if you have multiple children or have one or two that have multiple friends that stay the night, this is the bed for your needs! My oldest weighs 160 and they hold him on the bunk. The mattress I recommend twin xl. The twin mattresses are a few inches too short. I already had twin and didn’t want to spend more money. We built it with 3 people, could have really used 4. Took hours but well worth it!!! When you feel like quitting just think of all the laughs and fun nights your kids will have!

Exactly as it appears
It's a great space saver, and goes together fairly simple, however it may take awhile to put it together.

Sender issues low quality product missing parts
Only revived one box was supposed to be three received (middle pieces for mattress) no parts for the actual beds! Was told to give them two days to contact me to let me know what happened. So far not feeling this product too much the wood parts I have so far are very ruff simple pieces of wood bought brand new mattresses for these beds hopefully they won’t get ruined from this! Waiting on rest of product no clue what happened to my order! Very disappointed! 40 wood pieces in box that’s all I received! Update: Got the other two boxed parts labeled wrong don’t match instructions and missing parts !!! I want to cry this has been such a terrible experience!

Low quality, good service
Product came quickly. We had a main support post very bowed - would’ve been a safety issue and probably impossible to install. They sent a whole kit quickly to replace the part. During installation, we had three separate issues that would’ve required another reshipped part; luckily we extras from the replacement kit to pull from. There were a few manufacturer defects that required us to rig a solution or use the backups that can in the replaced kit that was sent. Had we called each time, I’m sure they would’ve responded quickly; but with that many defects, we would’ve been building a bed for weeks. Would’ve been a one-star review without the extra kit. Great/timely service. Bad manufacturing.

Labeling hard to read
The stamps that labeled the pieces to match the directions were very difficult to read. Some of the pieces came chipped. Our packaging was horribly damaged when it arrived.

8 months and bed collapsed as kids slept!!
My 6 year old daughter was sleeping on the top bunk, and it fell down on top of my daughter while they were all sleeping. The side piece that the wood supports for the mattress to rest on came unglued and the top bunk fell onto a sleeping 4 year old. I purchased this quad bunk in December of 2021 and it hasn't even been a year. My kids could have been severely hurt in this incident.
