Less expensive than the leading brand and works very well. Used it to coat bottom of a raised indoor garden bed, and worked like a champ. Bit of a strong smell after use - but wears off in time. Would repurchase again

I’ve had leak issues with my metal roof from the time it was installed, primarily around the dormer, and of course the chimneys . I applied two coats, product covers well, and goes a long distance…a gallon goes a long ways. So far it’s worked, I want to see how it performs in neg temps though. In VA we’ve had several below freezing nights and the product is def better than the old tar, multiple caulking and other products on the dormer. Seems to work great on chimneys too so far. ... show more

I have a vinyl spa cover that was starting to leak and get waterlogged just from normal rain. The vinyl just had dried out over several years and become porous in spots. Getting a new cover would be at least $400 so I decided to try painting with liquid rubber instead. After a good cleaning, It took about half a gallon to put 3 coats on my approx 49 sq ft spa cover. I painted the seams with a brush and then rolled the larger open areas. The product applied easily and seems to adhere very well.grey color was perfect in my case. It looks like a new cover and is no longer leaking. Too early to say how it will hold up but so far so good. I’ve also found other uses for the product, such as encapsulating stubborn stains on interior painted ceilings, basically using the liquid rubber as a sealer before applying a coat of latex paint. ... show more
