Side note// if you’re looking for mascara recommendations I’d recommend this mascara, or falsies push up Angel, and plz plz plz were the sky high primer, or any primer at that for ur lashes, mascara can be very damaging to your lashes :)

Ok, so this mascara I was skeptical to try. You have to be very patient and make sure you do several coats on your eyelashes. It works amazing and give so much length to mine. I am not a false flash person and takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete my application. I do 1st coat let it dry 30 sec apply second coat etc.

This is the first time I've tried this one and I love it! It lengthens and holds my curl extremely well. It's a little harder to remove than my last waterproof mascara, but it's worth the effort. (Note: I use coconut oil to remove mascara, which is probably pretty mild compared to chemically-based makeup removers.) The brush works amazingly well, though I find it too long and have to apply mascara to one outer corner with just the tip since I can't angle that long brush to get that part. I really like how the opening prevents excess mascara on the brush - you never get too much, the applicator stem stays clean, and there's no build up of mascara at the opening. But if you need a tiny dab to correct a crooked eyelash, it's hard to get just that little bit (because there's none on the applicator stem). Overall, I love this mascara because it makes my eyelashes look great!

I was in a bind because the mascara I had been using for three years began to give me an allergic reaction, but I needed something quickly. I normally get waterproof, but it wouldn't be delivered in time for an interview I had, and my lashes are blonde, so no way was I going without mascara. I opened the package, and was very pleased with the consistency and the thin brush, but there was a learning curve to getting the angle just right. However, I figured it out in minutes. It gave me nice length and separation, and built up beautifully. I was worried with this being washable, that it would smudge off. However, my fears were unfounded, because this stayed on all day and no racoon eyes by that evening. I was able to remove most of it with just water and a wash cloth, and then used a little micellar water to get the rest from my under eye. And no irritation at all. While I prefer a waterproof, I think I'm going to stick with this. Really, the only reason I took off a star was that it's a little tricky getting the brush back in, but it can be done with a little finesse. For someone like me who has to rush a lot of times, it's an inconvenience. Next, I'm going to try the waterproof version! If it's as good as the washable, I'm going to stick with it until they no longer make it. If you're on the fence about buying it, I recommend getting it; there's too many things about it that are good, and not enough negatives to pass it up.

I love the formula! No clumps but great definition and holds curl well. However, the applicator can easily apply far too much product. I had best results applying slowly using a side to side motion and separating any lashes after. If there was a different applicator with the same formula I’d be in love!

I love the way this mascara looks on me! I lost a lot of lashes after having extensions for a long time and was looking for something that would make them look full and dark again and this absolutely does the trick for me!

I love the ease for applying this product. It does not clump my lashes together and lengthens them. It is a little difficult to remove but I will put up with that to get the quality of this product.

Overall, I like this mascara because of the price and how the wand separates lashes evenly. The formula seems a little on the drier side and the wand design does not hold as much product as other wands so it may take a few swipes to coat lashes. Some cons that I do want to mention is that the wand takes a little getting used to and especially have to be gentle placing the wand back into the tube. Also, the mascara is a bit difficult to take off — I have to soak it with waterproof eye make-up remover for a minute and follow up with a facial oil and then my facial cleanser. Because of these two reasons, I rated as a 4-star. General information: the mascara does an incredible job adding length to your lashes more than it does volume but I am sure you can build up if you prefer a thicker look. I would say the waterproof aspect is the best quality here and it does not smudge or flake throughout the day or night. Would also suggest that you curl your lashes first for best results and let lashes dry between coats. Reference images: I have pictures of what it looks like with two layers of mascara on both eyes and different angles and in natural lighting. I also have a picture with it on with full make-up and eyeshadow.
