After washing those items, I clean out the rubber area at the door and wipe the door down. True Fresh Tablets has worked wonders for my washing machine! They are cheaper than the leading brands and does an even better job than them. Musty smell no more! I use one tablet before i wash my clothes just to make sure i don't have that musty/fishy smell, and then after i finish all the laundry i throw in another just to make sure that everything is clean for sure. If your washer is having any sort of smells i highly recommend getting this and throwing it in for a clean cycle!

I tried it. A significant amount of mold was removed from the rubber gasket. Pleased with that as I have had the washing machine for about 15 years. I did not expect miracles on the first run.

These worked really well. I used them to wash the washing machine and then wiped out the spot where the water gathered. It made it fresher and I don't feel bad putting my clothes in it. I am using it in conjunction with soft washing machine door holder which keeps the door open enough to dry any water. I really like the way the combination of the items work.
