-PROS- *Cheap. At least when I got it, it was an add-on item for like 6 or 7 bucks. *It's lasting a long time. (Granted I only wash my hair with shampoo and soap about 4 or 5 days a week, and use coconut oil in between) *The bottle is small so it doesn't take up a lot of shower space (this is important for me because I keep bluetooth speakers on my shower head rack). -CONS- *Could be a bit bigger, but like I mentioned in pros, if you don't wash and condition your hair to death or use huge gobs it will last quite awhile. I've had the first bottle of this shampoo and conditioner for at least several weeks, but I only shampoo and condition 4 days a week or more if I've been out doing vigorous activities or working out (which is hardly ever). If you DO want to use it 7 days a week, or need to (maybe you work in construction or just don't feel clean without it) then I recommend using organic coconut oil in your hair after your shower. Don't buy those little expensive bottles, I got two 2lb tubs of the stuff for 14 bucks. It looks like a palmade but when you rub it in your hands it melts. It doesn't leave the greasy feeling or look that expensive hair oils do. It's also good for your skin/digestion and a ton of other things. ... show more

This is my favorite shampoo. I don't repurchase a whole lot of beauty products. I love to try new things. I do still buy other shampoos to try, because I always think I will find something new I like, but I never find anything I like better than this, at any price point. It doesn't strip my hair, and it never irritates my scalp. I wash my hair every day, I always have. People always tell me what beautiful hair I have. Often, these are the same people who say you should not wash your hair daily. Then they are surprised that I not only wash my hair every day, but that I don't use a salon brand shampoo. The shampoo is great. The packaging not so much. The tubes were glued together, and the adhesive was Imposible to get off. I soaked them in Goo Gone for a day before I could get them apart. I never did get the adhesive off the tubes. And it wasn't even necessary. The tubes were tightly wrapped for shipping. If my next order comes the same way I may cancel my subscription. ... show more

Does the job! Nothing stands out too much. I will say this shampoo does feel a little more drying than other shampoos, due to there being no sulfates. But I still think it’s okay and does the job.

Love the scent! One of my favorite things about the scent is that it is fresher than many other moisturizing brands. I find that moisturizing brands tend to smell sweeter and heavier, like coconut, shea butter or vanilla, but this one has a refreshing burst of herbal fragrance. The scent is light and lasts a long time. Gentle but thorough cleansing. Left my hair looking and feeling great. I used this brand for a few years. I've recently found something that works better for me (Living Proof No Frizz). In Loreal's defense, I have stubborn fly aways and live in a humid environment and Living Proof is a stronger performer in that department. However, if I found myself unable to obtain or afford Living Proof, I would happily go back to this brand. This works better than many expensive brands I have tried. I've used this shampoo ever since it came out and have loved it from the start. I have thick, curly/wavy hair that I wash ~1x/week. I use Head & Shoulders first (because dandruff...) and use this afterwards. My hair instantly goes from being dry & impossible to run your hand thru to being soft and easily untangled. It doesn't leave my hair greasy and keeps it moisturized and shiny for the week. I use it with it's conditioning counterpart.
