The shampoo and conditioner itself is very good! Smells yummy and cleans really well. It doesn’t leave my hair greasy or weighed down at all. Just freshly clean and moisturized. My only complaint and the reason for taking off a star is the pump design. The pump on my conditioner came off on the first use. I’ve been able to put it back on a few times but it keeps coming off and now if I get it back on and pump it once or twice it comes right back off and is really hard to get on again. Maybe I got a defective pump but it’s really annoying, I would love to repurchase this set but the pump has me nervous to. ... show more
