I was in search for shampoo and conditioner that was equivalent to a salon grade and I love this! Works great, lathers well and love the smell! Seems to do great with my platinum colored hair! My review is sort of good and bad. The product is great and my hair feels amazing. But a lot of the product leaked out of the packaging because the pump was not closed tightly. No security seal. No pump guard. It was in a plastic bag inside of the shipping box. It definitely needed to be secured better or have something preventing the pump from being damaged or to open during shipping.
