I am absolutely HORRIBLE at doing my hair. I have tried every product under the sun and always struggle to get it to look even. I also have a lot of hair so I often get tired of curling it and stop halfway through. This tool is SO very easy to use to curl my hair and it goes so quickly! I have gone like 10 years without curling my hair and now I am doing it daily. I highly recommend this product it heats up so quickly, it’s lightweight, it’s inexpensive, it feels like it’s not super damaging to my hair and it really gives a variety of curl looks depending on how you use it. My only complaints would be that I wish it clamped my hair just a little more tightly, and I wish the power button and fan button were placed differently so you didn’t hit them so easily when using it.

I bought this product originally thinking it was for both types of hair, short or long and I didn’t realize it said it was better for short hair. I have waist length hair and was concerned it wouldn’t “do the trick” but I was happily mistaken. It does perfectly fine with long hair! The heat is the perfect temperature once set at the highest setting and there is a fan that comes on to make sure it doesn’t burn your hair. There’s no weird smell like some curlers and the weight is no issue with it being very similar to other curler products. It also straightens hair, not unlike a straightener but it does take a little longer to do so. Overall, the quality is great I could not be happier! My hair stays curled all day!! Edited: Here is a picture, this is from wearing 10+ hours with absolutely NO product in the hair. I wanted to see how long the curls would last without clipping up to boost curl longevity and without product, such as hairspray. Love x’s 1000!!

My ONLY complaint so far after using this for a week is that the power button is super touchy and is right where my finger rests during usage. This causes me to hit it on accident and constantly change the temperature setting while curling my hair. I'm sure I will get used to it, but for now, it's a little frustrating. That being said, it works fantastically. It heats up super fast, curls well and fast and is very easy to use.

I have long hair that doesn't hold curl well. I initially bought this curler from a Facebook ad about 3 years ago. Prior to using this curler, I used a curler with a rotating wand, which I like, but after I curled my hair in the 2nd story bathroom, my hair was almost straight by the time I got to the bottom of the stairs on the fist level. Since my previous curler was heat only, I used the highest heat to curl my hair in an effort to make the curl last a little longer. Because of this, I often had to have my hair trimmed to cut off the burned ends. After about 3 years of use, my other L'ange curler got a film on the curling plates from hair spray I use, and my hair was starting to stick to the plates. So, I decided to clean the plates. Since the film was kind of thick, I used a scrubby to get it off. After cleaning, and getting the curler wet, it didn't work. So, I had to go back to using the rotating curler until I got the order for this one. I was not a happy camper!! Surprisingly, my loved L'ange curler needed only to dry and the next day it was working again. So, now I have this one as a backup. This is fine with me since I don't want to be without this curler again. What I love about this curler is: 1) I don't have to use the highest to get a nice curl. 2) Since the fan cools the curl as you go, the curl lasts much longer than with other heated curling irons. 3) It doesn't take long to get used to using this curler for the curl you want. For me, I curl the top of my hair, which is shorter, in 3 sections. After I brush it out, I use the curler to modify the curl until it lays the way I want it to. I curl the longer hair in two sections pulled to the front to smooth the hair and get curl only at the ends. It can take a little practice to get the curl you want. Small sections will produce more curl for each section. Larger section are fine if you want smoothing of the hair and a little curl only at the ends. The trick is to turn the curler as you move it slowly down the hair strands and hold it a little longer at the ends for more curl. The longer you hold it, the more it curls. This is the best curling iron I have ever used! I have been styling hair for over 18 years and it’s hands down the best curling iron I have ever purchased. Not to mention it is also a flat or on and work a perfectly. My hair curls, but it doesn’t hold the girl for very long, but with this curling iron, it held the curl and volume all day without additional products or heavy hairsprays very impressed after buying the KRIsten ess 2 in one both in the titanium model and ceramic this one beat both and was half the price!!!!!

*I ordered the little one and returned it for the big one. Just get the bigger one!! I recently did a huge chop (cut off 2ft of hair) and I wasn’t sure how to style my new short hair. This has you covered. Super easy to use and works well. The curls does not hold alllll day but I’ve always had that problem. They eventually turn into a nice beach wave so I’m not upset about it. My hair doesn’t not get snagged like other straighteners.
