Colors at all, I both love & have used for a long time now, this brand, but this palette here, is hot, haute, haute! No doubt!!! And yes, there is NO mattes in this palette at all, but I'm still not mad at all! It's actually very good! Has great quality! ALL the colors are absolutely gorgeous! Some shades are more pigmented than others, some need a wet brush or finger for application but OVERALL, it's a good palette & I'm so glad I finally purchased it! It blends really well! I've done many looks already with the palette! It's not only very pretty but all the pans are stamped with hearts & I absolutely LOVE details like this! Great for what we get! The colors are beautiful and it came in excellent condition. You could make a lot of different color combinations with all the color choices in this palette. It's very versatile. Now, every color in the palette is shiny, so for me I will use it with a separate matte color, so it isn't so shiny on my eyes. Usually when I purchase shadow sets there are a few colors that I don't end up using as often. I love every color in this set! I will use them all. I wont use the applicator though. No complaints... It seems to blend fine and work well for me. It is a pastel palette and each color goes on light. I used it this morning and It hasn't worn off yet, so I'd say the coverage is fine. I will buy this set again. If you like your shadow subtle and light and bright this is the set for you, in my opinion. Enjoy... ... show more

This has way more pigment and is far more velvety than it has any right to be. This was actually the palette that turned me onto LA Colors, the colors last all day with primer, don't irritate the eyes, and look beautiful. I thought these were mate pastels by the picture but they're actually pearly sparkly and quite colorful I think they are beautiful especially for the corner of the eyes when it's hard to find a matching color and makes the corner of your eyes pop

Bought for the variety of colors hoping that some will look good on me and show up on my skin tone. Was particular interested in the blues, greens, purples and pinks. They do show up on my skin tone and stay the color I was expecting. Colors with yellow or orange undertones will turn clownish orange on my skin so eye shadow is hard for me to find. They don't last on my skin as long as the other palettes I bought that are also from L.A. Colors. Tend to wear off naturally (meaning without me rubbing my eyes) after a few hours. But I do like & will continue to use. Not overly happy with the applicator but bought brushes separately and use them. ... show more

Piece of junk. came with one color all broken up and got all over my hands when I tried to open it. Very hard to open the box, then I dropped it and all the colors broke up and got mixed up. Garbage. Waste of six bucks. Threw it out.
