I’ve been wanting to get my dad a massage chair for a long time. I bought a KoziSense A18 for myself back in 2024 and I still use it all the time,no issues at all. Just love it. The only problem is my dad is a big/tall guy, and the A18 just felt too small for him. We looked at a bunch of other brands, but they were either crazy expensive or still felt tight. Then I found out KoziSense opened a new showroom in the Bay Area near Silicon Valley. My dad and I drove about an hour to check it out and ended up trying literally everything. The staff was super friendly, patient, and knew their stuff. They walked us through all the features without rushing us. We stayed there for almost an hour just testing the chair. They suggested ordering on Amazon since shipping to our area is fast, so we placed the order right there. My dad deals with a lot of lower back and back soreness and usually needs heat and massage to feel better. The heated jade stones + rollers on this chair work amazingly well for him. The chair looks high-end, has plenty of room inside, and it’s honestly easy to fall asleep in. For the price, this thing is a great deal. The quality and massage feel easily compete with chairs that cost around $5K. Now I’m seriously thinking about giving my A18 to my sister and getting myself a KZ-313 lol.

This model is brand new, and my husband and I took some time to think it over and do a lot of research before placing the order. My husband has pretty serious back issues, he has 4 bulging discs and 1 tear in his back and he’s in pain pretty often, especially at night. We’ve had to spend a lot of money going to massage therapists, and each visit easily costs over $100. We don’t need a very deep-tissue 4D chair, but we do need something we can sit in for a longer session. This chair turned out to be the perfect match for us. First, it’s very spacious and very comfortable to stay in the chair. Second, the heated jade feels amazing, especially now it’s cold. After using it for 30–60 minutes, your whole back stays warm for a long time, and it really helps the muscles relax. Third, the zero-gravity position leans back a lot, and it lifts your legs really high. Just like the ads say, it actually helps with swelling. Just two nights ago, my husband was in so much pain he couldn’t fall asleep. He stayed in the chair for about 30 minutes, and the pain slowly went away. It sounds unbelievable, but it really happened. We’re still exploring all the other features, but so far so good. And just like the reviews said on their other listing, Kozisense’s customer service is fantastic, they responded within 5 minutes every time and answered all our questions. The only thing I think could be improved is the angle of the footrest, it sits a little high and doesn’t fully touch the ground. Customer service explained that this design helps achieve the best zero-gravity position and lifts the legs as high as possible. But they also said their engineers already designed a second option, and if we want it, they can send us a new metal frame for free so the footrest can sit flat on the ground. Overall, this chair both in size and functionality performs just as well as the $5k+ chairs we tried at the shopping mall. And honestly, what gives me even more confidence is their professional customer service. I don’t have to worry about it breaking in a year and turning into a giant piece of junk in our house, and no one can help LOL

I did a ton of research on massage chairs, and first bought a $700 one one Amazon that was so weak and cheap feeling that I resold it after a week, realizing that I was going to need to invest more if I wanted a legit chair. This one looks and feels more boujie than any other chair I’ve ever used, with really high quality and soft faux leather and really clean craftsmanship. It’s also surprisingly quiet when functioning. The automatic massage programs seem pretty advanced, automatically changing your body elevation depending on the area it’s targeting. The arm air bags are also dynamic, inflating just the front part, just the back part, or the whole arm at once. The heat around the whole body is great: calves, back heat with the rollers, and the vest that goes over your chest. It really encapsulates the entire body nicely - you feel like you’re in a little cockpit of peace. Every massage chair I’ve used also has shoulder air bags that are pretty useless, but these actually press firmly into your shoulders, and even alternate sides one at a time at times. There is less info on this model out there versus the older KoziSense chair, so I almost bought that, but once the coupon price for this hit $1899, I decided it was worth the risk of getting the latest and greatest, even though there weren’t a whole lot of thorough reviews on this out there. I went to the KoziSense website, YouTube, everywhere, and this model was still a bit of a mystery. Tbh, I would have believed that this was a $5,000+ chair if I didn’t know the price. It looks and feels really high quality, and I don’t know what else you can do to be more technologically advanced with everything this has at the $2,000 price point, unless you are willing to spend $10,000+. No other chair except the most expensive $17,000 Osaki chair has these heated jade rollers moving up and down your back. No other chair I’ve seen has the heated vest going over your chest. No other chair has a longer SL track than 57” like this has. I was specifically looking for a chair with high intensity - I want it to really dig into me probably more than the average person. It’s firm but I wish there was an even more firm setting that borders on maxing my pain tolerance (I like my massages to hurt - maybe I’m weird). They provide you with a back pad which they say to put on if it’s too intense, which it’s not going to be for most people unless you are frail (my 78 year old father might find it too intense without the pad). There are 5 massage intensities and so far I’ve put it on max airbag pressure and massage intensity, and it should be strong enough for most people. Besides that one functionality, this chair met or exceeded my expectations. I have checked all over Amazon, eBay and wherever else they are selling massage chairs, and I feel pretty confident in saying that there is nothing nicer out there at this moment for less than $2k, and it’s one of the best bangs for your buck I could find.

Chair works wonderful, very relaxing. The only complaint I have is my footstool does not go all the way to the floor and it makes it difficult for this 61-year-old lady to get in and out of the chair.

Hmm, how to put it? The product only has some basic functions, just like an ordinary massage chair. The seller's response is very slow. I think you could get a better massage chair for the same price.
