Since I posted this review 2 months ago, they have sent me 37 emails trying to pay me off for removing this review. They clearly don't believe in customers sharing their honest opinion about their product and only tolerate 5-star reviews. That would make the reviews completely useless in the buying decision. Please don't condone such cheating behavior and go FIND A DIFFERENT SELLER that supports honest practices instead! Original Review: Works well and does what an espresso maker is supposed to do, and what you can expect for the price. The machine has a few parts that are (thin) stainless steel, but the vast majority is just black plastic, which causes the machine to have a plasticy feel to it. Especially the fact that the inside bottom of the portafilter is a large plastic part is bothersome. The steam wand, even though it looks solid, is actually two separate (metal) pieces. The outer one slips off easily as you try to clean it, so in the end you have to clean more pieces every time you use it to steam milk. The time for a single/double shot can be adjusted, but not independently. Once one gets set, the other one is automatically reset to twice/half that time. This sounds about right, but causes the double shot to have more than twice the amount of water, since for both single and double shot the sequence is 1-2 seconds water pressure (moisten coffee grounds), 1-2 seconds pause, rest of time water pressure. ... show more

Es muy buena,muy bonita,hace un cafe exquisito,pero es muy dificil de entender,ella viene viene reseteada de fabrica,debes resetearla a tu gusto y tu manera,si no vas a pasar mucho trabajo,es un poco complicada de entenderla,por lo dema todo bien

Has a bigger water tank. Very easy to clean. Takes up little space. I like that when it starts brewing it has the count down tell its done.

It works well, does the job i'm sure alot has to do with what expresso you buy. I was shocked that it didn't come with the cups tho? Luckily i had something that worked.

This is the second coffee maker I brought from Amazon, compared with the last one , this is bigger I thank that’s more convenient for us because our family makes a lot of coffee every day. One thing I like this is the water tank works pretty good which not like the old one I had that always leaking.

    • It works when all conditions are perfect
After trying to work with this machine for a month this is my result: No matter how it got cleaned or how many gallons of water I put through it, the machine would always have a plastic smell and taste to anything it produced. It would take about 6 uses to flush out the smell/taste to use it once. If left on standby for more than 4 minutes this would have to be repeated. The manufacturer refused to warranty or troubleshoot it as well despite sending a warranty code. people might like it if it works. ... show more
