I have a rectangle dining room with low ceilings. We went with the $399 one and it was pretty large for the space but it's definitely an eye catcher both from the exterior of the home and inside. I looked for 3 years for the light I wanted and this was the winner! I don't regret the purchase. It took the afternoon to get put together and installed. We don't have electricity in the ceiling so we went with a rope from Lowes, 2 authentic looking pulleys from Hobby Lobby and a boat cleat to tie the rope to and it turned out really cool! This idea was in place of the faux beams we got but didn't end up going with because our ceilings were so short. OH and cool features include a rainbow of sorts from sunshining on the crystals and a cool shadow on the ceiling. Glitter ceiling paint would really make it come alive. Also we went with five 7.5w LED daylight bulbs from Lowes and let's just say light is no longer an issue in our dinning room. I really recommend the light. Cons: It's heavy, It's pricy, It has no directions if you aren't already an electrician lol. Pros: Expensive look, Good Materials, shipping was great, fills a boring space and makes it beautiful! ... show more

I was so excited to receive this light! I just finished painting my hallway and putting up trim and this light was the cherry on top! It was easy to install on our slanted hallway ceiling. My only complaint is the chain isn't long enough. We were planning on moving our original hall light because it was never centered in the middle of the hall. This light kept us from having to cut another hole and pull the wire to a new box and then patch the old hole. I only wish the chain was longer because it just doesn't look quite right pulled as tight as it is. Another issue is the crystals. I hung my crystals on this light how I liked them. I didn't care for the paper instructions that kind of showed how to hang the crystals. They just didn't hang right. My pictures really don't do this light justice but it really does look quite beautiful in our hall. I'm pretty happy with it! ... show more

The instructions were not clear came in a lot of pieces some of which didn’t fit together had to wait a long time to get parts for this chandelier. Not worth the money or aggravation.

    • Good Luck with Assembly & Getting the Right Parts
The overall end product is impressive. However to get to that point was a bit of process. The assembly instructions were terrible. The metal pieces wouldn't line up with the screw holes. They were two different diameters. Also the screws wouldnt fit. I had to drill larger holes to make it possible to assemble the unit. The pieces that were given were not the right size. I was missing pieces, strings of crystal gems. I received extra wires for some reason. Their helpline email was located in China and it took 13 hours for response back. I'm still waiting for some pieces because their all on holidays due to the Chinese New Year celebration. They did inform me it would be sometime before I received some or any parts. So I visited my local light shop and filled in the gaps. It's now assembled and it looks great, but It was a challenge to get to that point. Lol ... show more

I had an idea of size in mind, and so when I saw a clear picture online of the dimensions it made it easy to know these were the right size to order. I ordered 1 first to be sure it was perfect, it was, so I ordered 2 more. They came super fast, within a week of ordering. They came with clear instructions and it was easy to figure out how to attach the crystals. I reached out to the seller about a small flaw that I noticed, and they were efficient and solved the problem professionally. They communicated with me in a timely matter. I am so impressed!
