The media could not be loaded. I always wanna a sharp knife that can cuts through tomato quick, and I am happy this knife pass the test. Comes in with a really nice box, the one I tried should be the Santoku knife. It feels good chopping potato and carrots as well. Wish it comes with a knife holder, really recommend you buy a knife holder before you un-box. It is quite scary to leave the sharp thing open. Also I have to be more aware when I am chopping. But once you get used to it, I cuts really nice, almost addicting

I have bought this for almost a month now and the knives are still in great condition, staying sharp as well. All are super sharp and comfortable to hold, allowing me to enjoy cutting various fruits. I would happily recommend it to others.

I just unpacked this knife a few hours ago, and I must say, its sharpness out of the box is unbelievable. The weight and grip are really impressive, and I just tried it to cut through some fruits, and it was my first time felt that things could cut this easily. I did not even use any pressure.

Have used them all so far except the Bread Knife, but I don't do much bread or larger roast type slicing, so no real need, BUT...I LOVE the Utility Knife in this set...very useful for everything! Great size and easy control. Where I used to use a paring knife for many things, this one has replaced what I used a paring knife for in most all instances, although the Paring Knife in this set is very good as well. Big fan of a good Chef's knife as well, and this one is very good, but I find myself using the Santoku in the set even more...with the divets that allow air gaps so food doesn't cling to the knife. The laser-etched(?) pattern on these knives is a neat look. I have not had any issues like I read in a few other reviews, but knives should never go in the dishwasher, even though these do say dishwasher safe. They are comfortable to handle as well. GREAT Choice, GREAT buy! Thanks!
