Purchased this set a while back and was finally able to put it together. Great set just takes a few hours to put it together. The final piece I did was the fireplace, was all said and done when I realized the plastic end that holds the battery in place to ignite it was missing. I searched for almost 30 minutes all through the packaging and all around where I was assembling it but couldn’t find it. I reached out for some help but was told they couldn’t help. Not a big deal I’ll see if I can find something to use in place. Went to a few local stores trying to explain what I needed but no one had that part. In essence the fireplace would be inoperable 😢. I reached back out to the seller and they responded with they be able to send me one. I ended up getting the entire burner kit, which I obviously don’t need but I guess that was the only way to get the end I needed. Talk about taking care of your customers! Other than that we’ve been using the outdoor set almost nightly and it’s great. One thing I would say, they need to find some covers for it, ended up buying some that are close enough to fit. I like the finished product but the assembly was exhausting. I had trouble with the gliders but eventually figured it out. I did also issues with the fire pit igniter and sent an email but no response has occurred. The chat help is a waste of time Update - I received the needed help from the vendor and everything is fine now

Received three pieces of the 11 piece set. Delivered 4 days early. Hopefully the rest of the set is this good! I was so hesitant and so hard to trust reviews. Prayed for weeks before I decided to order. So far glad we did!

The media could not be loaded. I have done some research to find a great set and let me save you some time and tell you that this is the one. We found one we liked at Costco and this one is not only larger but a better price. We have a large family so we opted for the bigger set and everyone LOVES it. The fire pit is beautiful and come with a cover. The fire pit gets so many compliments. It came with beautiful blue glass rocks but you could always swap the color to change up the look. A couple of tips: The order is huge so the boxes came over a couple of days, in eight or nine boxes, so don’t be alarmed. The beige was a little pastel yellow to me so we opted for the grey. I’m not sure if the company sells just the covers but that would be a super cool option to give the backyard a different look just by swapping the covers. Their customer service is 10/10. I’ll be sharing our events with the beautiful set on my instagram @FranchescaFinds if you would like to see more. It is perfect for event seating!

We looked everywhere for the right set to fit our covered patio. This one has been great. It comes in a lot of boxes and not all at the same time as others mentioned. It took me about 5 hours to put it all together. The first piece took quite a while, but then it’s repetitive and gets faster. I recommend having an Allen wrench attachment on a drill or screwdriver to speed things up. The little Allen wrench they send would take forever. The adjustable legs help it stay level. The cushions are a little stiff but still comfortable. I assume they will soften over time. Fire pit looks great and really throws off heat.

This patio set is beautiful and comfortable. It was a lot to put together but I did it by myself so it's not impossible. It came in 5 boxes that included everything. The only complaint I would have is that the cushion covers are not as water resistant as I'd hope for. It rained here a few times and the cushions pretty much soaked up the water. I would recommend spraying them with outdoor Scotchgard for protection. Other than that I love it.

I have been shopping Amazon and have NEVER left a review, but I thoroughly look at reviews when making a purchase. I bought this furniture set over the winter (very good price at the time too) , after looking at furniture on multiple sites for months. I am so happy I chose this set! I was very nervous to make a big purchase online, but it was a great decision. The price was amazing, and the customer service was more than I had expected. They replied very quickly and provided the additional tracking info, the boxes came a day or two apart, there was a very small issue and they immediately made sure I was happy. The furniture was fairly easy to put together, it is solid and sturdy, and so beautiful. The cushions are a little firm, but I think that’s a good thing for outdoor furniture. The fire table is breathtaking, I personally did not like the clear rocks that came with it so I purchased the color that I wanted off of Amazon. You can adjust the flame to your likes and it does put off some heat. The fire table has a wind protector glass border, and there is enough room to put some drinks/cups around it. The furniture is a good height and is not mini furniture, and the height can be adjusted. It also came with clips so you can clip all the furniture together and keep it in place. Everything was labeled well! I have my set under a metal gazebo, and hope that it will hold up well over time. Very very happy with my furniture set!
