The installation of this kit does require modification to your factory trim panel. After that modification this kit fit my double DIN radio perfectly. I did run into an issue with the radio jumper installation on my 2006 Dodge Ram. The factory 2006 Dodge Ram radio uses network communication to turn the radio on and does not use an ignition feed circuit. This will cause you problems with aftermarket radio installation. The hard part is finding a dedicated ignition feed circuit to tap into. The cigarette lighter was my initial thought but that circuit energizes by just installing the key into the ignition when the modules wake up and doesn't power down until the modules go to sleep. My solution, there is a large gauge pink/yellow circuit near the white connector by the bulkhead on the drivers side under the dash. This circuit worked perfectly for this install and has power with the key on or in accessory.

My bad on the harness - my Dodge 2500 had a factory amp so it needed a can pus to install the ATOTO radio. The faceplate was a bit wide for the opening so I had to enlarge the hole slightly, but it covered things well and the install looks very professional.

can’t really talk a lot of Finesse to get in there and get that thing snuggled up. That’s a rough install on the face of that radio.

Wiring harness does not line up with boss audio head unit wiring so I personally had to order a different wiring harness but trim piece is fine. Good product.
