This light fixture id not "brassy" looking at all. Rather a very soft gold, leaning to a contemporary style. The cord is not bare like some, but has a matching chain which ups the quality look. Still in the building process, but plan to hang these on either side of the bed in the master to complement a brass ceiling fan with clear blades. A very attractive look for the price. Bought this for entryway to compliment new dining room chandelier. I think they work together, but there were a few areas where the paint was scraped. Not noticed after hanging. Perfect amount of light from the recommended Edison bulb (soft white).

I looked everywhere for nice gold pendants for our kitchen. We’ve now had these over a year and we love them. They are perfect and all three fit nicely across our island. They were easy to put in and are lightweight. They came assembled and just needed to be moved into the position that you want them. You do need to buy bulbs for them (we bought these Vintage LED Edison Bulbs 60 Watt... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MFPRYLW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share). They still look like they did the day we put them in almost a year ago and have held up nicely. ... show more

Looks nice enough once installed, but the finish is painted on and impossible not to chip during install. The fabrication is poor too- the rectangles are not plumb and the welding marks are very visible. The light quality is awesome and they create a great ambiance with the light spread, but overall we are disappointed in the quality. I would not recommend unless it's for a rental house or a space you don't care too much about. ... show more
