Pretty good conditioner. Seafoam worked on bleached hair. Reapplying about weekly. The container however is not the best. I'm applying quite a bit (half a palm) and upon squeezing, the tube feels flimsy, nearly about to burst. The opening could likely be larger or different. Hair is soft after.

First let me say that I have “light lavender smoke” dyed hair and am using this to keep the color fresh. If you’re using this to tone down brassy blonde, your experience may be different. I apply to dry hair once a week, then rinse out. My natural hair color is white/grey since I was a teen (thanks Dad!) and have used almost every shade of that other popular color conditioner and it’s also great but their lightest lavender is a little pinker than I want my hair to be. This shade is perfect. It smells nice too. I do wish it came in bigger bottles that didn’t stand on the cap. I have a purple stain on my bathroom vanity because some color was trapped in the little tracks in the lid. The container design could be better.

Because of new medication I’m having trouble with my hair maintaining color. After shampooing I towel dry and put this on my hair. Leave it in 5 minutes. Then rinse. I use it every time I wash my hair and I like it.

I use the Kristin Ess shampoos and conditioners and love them. I thought I'd try this on my natural white and silver (looks like I had it done platinum blond) to give it a little wash of color. Ive tried this on wet and even on dry hair, it doesn't deposit much lavender color. It also left my hair greasy after and im telling I rinsed with warm water for half the time I spent in my shower (about 35 min total). I hate when my just washed hair is greasy and to wash again it took the color off my hair so it was an epic failure for me.

I’ve tried almost every toner on the market for my highlights. This is hands down my favorite. It’s strong, FYI, which is what I wanted. Very light hairs may have a lilac undertone but it will remove that brass for sure. I use with shampoo. Leaves my hair soft and thick.

This product line is great. My rating is based on my dislike of buying, and using, the wrong color. I am a long time user of the Lavender Smoke color... and it just leaves the faintest lavender to keep my white hair bright. This Celestial Blue gave me BRIGHT blue hair... beautiful if that was my plan! But people got a hoot out of it, and I had some sincere compliments. If I ever want blue hair, this will be my go to product! Nothing wrong with the product... but I recommend a test patch for first time users.

The product is very light in color so my expectations were pretty low the minute it came out of the bottle. I ended up leaving it on damp hair overnight. After showering and drying my hair the next morning, I was shocked! It worked FAR better than any other toning product I’ve tried! The brassiness was noticeably toned down without turning my hair pink, and it felt nourished! (My hair is naturally brunette, but I’ve highlighted with blonde for many years.) I’m on my 2nd tube and have already purchased a 3rd!
