As I was removing pieces from the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It feels well above the price point and the wood pieces are pretty. Assembly is 10 screws and washers with an Allen wrench. For those saying the holes don’t line up- here is the modification I made that made assembly a breeze. I used my own Allen wrench (for some reason the provided one will strip the screw). I screwed the final 4 pieces in place and tightened last. This keeps the alignment mobile enough to align. I am 6 months pregnant and it took 20 or so minutes to put this together by myself. I think it’s funny that the instructions recommend 2-4 people for assembly! ... show more

Overall will do the job that needs to be done in nursery, and price point is fine for what it is. The back piece takes forever to slide onto the base, but once you get that perfect alignment after trying 100 times, the rest is easy to put together. I got the white Teddy so be sure to zoom in on the material of Teddy. It’s kind of popcorn-y and not smooth, which will still work for me just wasn’t expecting it. I’m 5’7 and will definitely need an ottoman to push off to actually get a rocking motion going. Sitting still, the chair tilts back and up a bit more than expected. Easy to put together. It creaks a little while rocking, but doesn’t bother me or baby. I wish it had a taller back to rest my head on. I’m 5’8 and it comes to the base of my neck. If you have very wide hips, I’d get something else because the seat part isn’t very big.

So cute and comfortable. Good quality. Cost of shipping sucks but still way more affordable than most other chairs. The back piece was a pain to put but we finally got it after 10 minutes. Overall happy!
