Looks great, works great, but be warned that if your water filter has the standard 1/4” braided male fitting that this faucet does not come with an adapter. There is an adapter can be ordered direct from Kraus and is a $10 part with $15 shipping Plan for an extra $25 to get this working but still requires replacement of the factory water filter line with a 1/4” plastic pipe. To get these two working w/o the kraus $25 part I purchased 1) 1/4” hose 2) 3/8” hose 3) 1/4” to 3/8” adapter. ... show more

I purchased both a Kraus faucet and a dedicated filtered water dispenser such that the style and finish match. If you have a water filtering system this faucet only supports 3/8 water line out of the box. They supply a 3/8 inch adapter. If you need a 1/4 adapter you have to call their customer system for that. Customer support was responsive and worked with me. Note that this system does NOT support a direct connection method like a WODER system. Finding fittings for a direct connect method (standard kitchen faucet line) is not an easy task. I am awaiting a 1/4 inch adapter then I will update on the faucet performance. My prior faucet leaked after 3 years of use. I also changed my water filtering system to a 3 stage Aqausana. This faucet looks fine and performs excellently. It came with a very good glossy multi page installation guide that gave detailed installation instructions, drawings and a parts list. It also came in an excellently designed box. This showed me the manufacturer took pride in its products. It also came with a 3/8” quick connect fitting. The instructions were for a 3/8" water line. This was a replacement for my old reverse osmosis faucet which used a ¼ inch water line and a compression fitting. When I removed my original water line from my old faucet, I noticed it was a compression fitting with a compressed plastic sleeve under the stainless attachment nut. The old line compression nut fit this new faucet. Even though this new faucet wasn't concave on the end of the stem, I attached my old line anyway and using moderate tightening, it holds water pressure with no leaks. The photo shows the original ¼ inch water line and the original compression fitting attached to the Kraus faucet stem. Kraus also has a good web site called kraususa for registering your product and troubleshooting. So far, I am quite pleased with this product. Note: This faucet has a lifetime warranty. I was not able to register my product for warranty coverage because part of the registration required a batch number which was on the box it came in. I threw the box away before I tried to register for the warranty. So register your product before you throw away the box it came in. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This review is for the black Kraus faucet with integrated filtered water spout. Amazon is rejecting my review for some mysterious reason so I’ve cut out most of it. Please watch the video I’ve posted and note the wobbly sprayer arm, that requires too much force to pivot side to side and squeaks loudly. Black paint finish is wearing off of sprayer after a few weeks of moderate use. Poor quality build for such a high cost in my opinion. ... show more

Looks great, feels great, fantastic to use, horrible to install, leaks ruined my drywall, have not heard from customer service yet. The supply lines they use (that connect to your house plumbing) are the cheapest pieces of garbage i've ever seen on a sink in this price range and they're not a replaceable part. Save yourself some trouble and just throw away the oval sized O-Ring/Filters in the supply lines and get some properly round and soft ones from a store, then hope the brittle nut won't disintegrate while gently screwing it on to your shutoff valves and hope the small amount of thread they have will hold. Lots of teflon tape (4+ wraps) and aftermarket O rings is the trick, but fixtures of this price range should never need any of this and I wasted so much time figuring out what the magic formula was. My 20yo builder-grade faucet this replaced didn't leak and it didn't even have teflon tape installed. Three stars because this faucet really is a joy to use once the work was put in to stop the leaks, but I don't expect it to last very long. Customer service hasn't gotten back to me in the time period they promised, but that can be forgiven considering the current pandemic. ... show more

We bought a Krauss sink and faucet set and wanted a filtered water tap that matched the finish of the sink and primary faucet. We were please to find that Kraus had just what we needed. Quality is impressive and install went quick as can be expected. The only question is sturdiness of the faucet spout, as it seems it can be easily bent and given that we have young kids in the house durability is key. Now this is not to say there will be any issue but this is our initial impression. Should it turn out that the spout isnt as sturdy as we hope we will post an updated review so if you dont see any update take that as a sign that all is well and you can buy with confidence. ... show more
