I found the reviews for this item very helpful so I decided to leave one. I am so happy with this purchase For the price, the quality is great. The boning is well stitched in, the the grommets on the lacings are well placed, there are no loose threads or seams, the stripes all line up perfectly, etc. I'm very very happy. The overall "look" is just perfect also. The way the faux leather trim wraps around is very flattering. I'm going for a "Steampunk fairy" look, and because of the laces in the back, it will be easy to attach wings. The sizing, as listed in other posts, is wonky. I'm 5'7'' a size 16 on top and a 14 on bottom very consistantly. I ordered a 5 XL. I would not have been as happy with it smaller, but it likely would have fit. I could not have gone bigger. but you have about 3-4 inches of play with the lacing. There is a material lining so if you let the laces out all the way, you still don't see the laces and a gap. I let mine out about an inch or so, so still had plenty of room to play with it. However, the skirt is way too big and I will be taking in the skirt around 3-4 inches so it doesn't fall off. It's so ruffly and loose that just a couple of tucks with hand stitching would work if you aren't a seamstress. I'm pretty evenly proportioned for a woman, hourglass-ish, so I"m a little surprised the skirt is as roomy as it is. Also, I have a long torso so I have to pull the skirt up a bit and that makes it pretty short, as well as the corset is pretty high under the breasts. It definitely provides that voluptuous look, so you need to be comfortable with that. I'll probably wear leggings underneath. But I followed the size guide and the size is acceptable, and overall look of costume was exactly what I was going for. So if you have more of a pear shaped hips or a larger waist, or it's the bottoms in sets that sometimes are too small, go with size chart. If you're more hourglass, don't go bigger or the skirt will be falling off. So overall....having read reviews and knowing what to expect re: size...I love it. It's flattering, sexy, feminine and edgy all in one. Super pleased!!

I'm 5'7, 211 pounds. Here are my measurements: Bust- 41", Waist- 37", Hips- 44". I got the size 4xl and this whole thing fit like a glove. Mind you, I am usually a size L/XL for in general clothing, so this definitely runs pretty small. The sizing chart is a little funky. My only thing is that the clasps in the front worry me a little bit, but thats really it. Very good material for the price honestly. And the waistband for the skirt is stretchy which is GREAT.

Looks exactly like the picture, very good quality! I was not sure at first about the sizing because few people said to size up but that was not my case, I got a medium but I could have gotten a small and would have fit just fine but the medium it’s also good. I would definitely buy a different style for next time. Price was really good , material like I said it’s good and the zipper works 100% oh and the corset it’s really easy to put on ( in comparison to others) very comfortable. Can’t wait to wear it for this Halloween.

The skirt is comfortable and a nice material. It looks just like the photo. I originally bought a 6x because I expect that in an internet size. It was the brown corset with breast halter and strap behind the neck. The breast cups and halter were very large. The 6x skirt has an elastic waist. I was swimming in it. I am 5'4 190 pounds 38d with all my weight in my belly. A 4x is a good fit. The panel in the back under the laces covers my back where the laces were loosened to fit right. I bought the brown corset zip front with the carry over zip pocket that covers the lower half of the zipper. The 4x skirt is not elastic like the 6x. It has a zipper. My only complaint is the top of the corset is too large. I am a D cup but there is a huge gap. I could store my purse in it. I decided to wear a long sleeve blouse under the corset, a bra thickly padded at the bust line for some lift. And some latex cup fillers to try and keep the costume top from looking so loose. The biggest deal is the costume is made from quality materials and I'd have paid double for it. Aside from the weird corset top proportions this is a high quality costume.

Best Halloween costume ever! Great quality, super comfortable, looks high end. You can snap it in the front so you don't have to fiddle with the corset laces every single time. The front has metal latches that are easy to snap together and apart.

Beautiful corset and great quality for the price. However, I wish I would have read more of the reviews that stated that this item is very undersized. I'm 4'11" and normally a comfortable size 4, 34DD but right now I am a bit heavy and am wearing a very snug 6 and am 36D/DD. I have been wearing a M or L in most all tops and undergarments wheras I usually wore a S or M. Thus choosing my size is really difficult because I'm not quite sure what size I currently am, but a few of the reviews seem to indicate that I might be okay in the large. Had to return. Hopefully my review helps some other petite ladies in my size range make the right choice.

I love this! I bought it for a Halloween costume and the size I purchased was perfect however I bought a 6X. I’m normally a 2X. To say you need to size up is an understatement. Take your measurements and go with those or size up one more from there. The quality is good although the corset is better quality than the skirt. The color is lovely and I was able to steam the wrinkles out of the skirt. I love that this corset has the front zipper. It worked well and made it much easier to adjust. This outfit was worth the cost.
